Kevin Dowd - CEO, Founder

Kevin Dowd has built operations in Asia and worldwide for multinational companies for more than 25 years in Asia, based in both Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has held Vice President and General Manager roles for Polycom, Accord Networks, Aethra Telecom, and deCarta in the Asia-Pacific region and has represented several China and Asia-based companies on their strategic investments and business development in Europe and America. Recent contracts include NGCodec and Multidyne. Kevin holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, an M.Sc. in Development Economics from Bristol University (UK) and an M.Phil. in Economics from University College London. Kevin is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and French.

Yam has built international operations and consulted on strategic planning and deal structuring for global IT companies for more than 20 years. He has held executive positions with AT&T, Ernst & Young, and IBM, including head of AT&T International Operations in Shanghai. Tom holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an M.Sc. in EE from the University of Wisconsin, a Ph.D. in EE from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the Wharton School. Tom is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
