Immersed in Huntsville's entrepreneurial culture early in his career, Bill has over 25 years of executive management experience in a variety of environments and industries, including technology companies, start-ups, fashion & apparel, and nonprofits. He has always been comfortable in high-growth environments and has held leadership roles in Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and Operations.
At Active8, Bill's diverse experience allows him to provide an important bridge that ensures creative work and marketing programs align with the customer's goals and are fine tuned to have the maximum impact. In addition to managing day-to-day operations at Active8, Bill helps customers with Organizational Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Messaging.
Bill holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. When he does have free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf…lots of golf.

Carly is a writer with over 7 years of experience writing for various blogs, coordinating communications strategies, and building social media campaigns. She enjoys researching a wide range of topics and creating systems and templates for on-brand and impactful content. She graduated from Maryville College located in the foothills of East Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
As an avid foodie, she loves trying new restaurants in Huntsville with her husband and also loves walking her Great Dane mix named Esther.
Jennifer is responsible for several functions at Active8. With 15 years of administrative, contract management and customer support experience, she is an integral part of the team. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University. When not in the office she spends her off-time raising four beautiful children.

Michael is an Account Manager who fosters relationships with our clients as an outgoing people person and is motivated by making a positive impact on their marketing strategies. Michael has been involved in athletics his whole life, which led him to pursue an athletic and academic career at The University of Alabama. After playing 3 full years on the Crimson Tide football team (with 1 national championship and 2 SEC championships), Michael graduated with both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Marketing.
Michael remains an avid sports fan, so you will likely find him watching or playing football, basketball, hockey, or golf. He's also actively working on his goal to visit all 50 U.S. states (he's currently at 37)!
Morgan is a Graphic Designer who produces many of our social media graphics, contributes to logo design, and supports our Art Director with website management for our clients. Her goal is to learn and grow in her design skills at Active8 while using her exceptional creativity to showcase our clients' best features with modern elegance.
Morgan went to college at Auburn University and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Born and raised in Huntsville, she decided to move back to our great city upon graduating. When not producing beautiful graphics for our clients, she's likely hanging out with her dog named Macie who is a Westie breed. Her ideal day includes a dinner of Mexican cuisine (her favorite!) followed by an Auburn football game on a Saturday night in the Fall.
Russ is the Founder and Creative Director of Active8 Communications and has spent more than two decades building brands, designing compelling websites, and creating strategic marketing campaigns. Russ understands the importance of building collaborative customer relationships and works tirelessly with customers to identify their growth strategies and marketing needs. His incredible artistic ability, commitment to understanding the latest marketing strategies, and customer-focused attitude make him an excellent visionary leader for Active8 Communications.
Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, Russ is a proud alumnus of the University of North Alabama and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. With an established presence in Huntsville (20 Years Strong!), his love for this community permeates his mission for Elev8ing Huntsville through effective marketing and design.
In his spare time, Russ enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and four awesome kids.
Savannah is our Marketing Manager with expertise in social media management, cross-functional communication, and driving our accounts by keeping them on track and on schedule. She's the mastermind behind most of our social media calendars and the strategy therein. Her biggest goal is to learn more about the marketing industry and to grow in her skills to the benefit of our clients.
Savannah attended the University of North Alabama and received her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Public Relations. In her spare time, she creates flower arrangements for the altar at her church, Saint Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church, and is the Marketing Manager for the North Alabama Zoological Society. In her down time, she loves hanging out with her cat Swiper and watching The Office.
Stacie is a graphic and web designer with over 13 years of experience collaborating with marketing specialists and designers for international enthusiast brands. She is a dedicated, creative thinker seeking constant improvement of typography and design trends. Her excellent time management skills, attention to detail and organization make her a valuable team member. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Away from work, Stacie can be found planning her next travel adventure or enjoying time outside with her husband and German shepherd.
