As the largest landfill in the state, American Environmental Landfill (AEL) is dedicated to bridging the gap between the waste industry and conservation by implementing programs associated with the environmental and community needs of our region. From a company perspective, we like to think of ourselves as stewards of the land and are continually searching for new sustainable methods to add to our operations portfolio. We take these integrations very seriously and are proud of the work we've already accomplished... AEL provides electricity to homes with methane to over 20,000 Oklahomans one of the only landfills in the Midwest to do so... At AEL, we're proud to be an Oklahoma landfill site. We believe that Green Country is a beautiful region that deserves to be cherished, and are committed to helping steer residents and businesses in Tulsa towards a more sustainable future.
