At the request of the Head of Consumer Product, we integrated a new feature into the app, leveraging our skill in collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, lead iterative design processes, and work with developers to successfully build, test, and deploy features. We drove an effort that spanned a large team of product owners, scrum masters, designers, developers, and business analysts across five locations. To support rapid deployment of the app, we were effective in identifying pain points in daily design, product, and development processes, then collaborated across teams to develop and implement improvements in story writing, user acceptance testing, intra-sprint requirements changes, design QA, and weekly sprint review...
