Betty Gonzalez comes to Agile Learning Labs from a long history of herding cats, first as a district manager for Jean Nicole Petries in the fast-paced retail industry, and later in the construction business, where she helped build a 50-employee company from the ground up (we're hoping she can do the same for us!).
Uniquely talented in many areas, including finance and logistics, Betty brings a consummate sincerity and joy to every part of her work. She also has a positive energy and lovely smile that you won't soon forget.
Chris Sims is a certified scrum trainer, agile coach, and recovering C++ developer who helps organizations improve their productivity and happiness.
Chris is the founder and product owner of Agile Learning Labs and the co-author of two best-selling scrum books: The Elements of Scrum and Scrum: a Breathtakingly Brief and Agile Introduction. More of their writing can be found on the Agile Learning Labs blog.
Before starting Agile Learning Labs in 2007, Chris made a living in roles such as: scrum master, product owner, engineering manager, project manager, software engineer, musician, and auto mechanic.

Llewellyn Falco is an agile technical coach who specializes in teaching teams how to slay their legacy code dragons. His style is akin to a personal trainer: working with the teams to create healthy and lasting technical habits.
He is the creator of the open source testing tool ApprovalTests, co-author of the Mob Programming Guidebook, and co-founder of Teaching Kids Programming. As an internationally renowned speaker, he has presented over 200 conference sessions since 2009.
Margeaux Bucher is a seasoned agile coach with over 10 years of experience empowering teams and organizations to achieve remarkable results. Her proven ability to drive efficiency, improve quality, and foster collaborative work environments, along with her ability to tailor her approach to the needs of each organization, has consistently led to measurable results including: increased team productivity by 25%, accelerated project delivery by 23%, and reduced waste for significant cost savings.

Nick was Agile Learning Labs' first summer intern, in the summer of 2018. It went so well that we've kept him. Nick's experience includes working on political campaigns and being the assistant project manager for a construction company. As of 2023 he's attending law school at UC Law SF (Hastings).
Rob Oliver is an agile coach endeavoring to make the world of software development a better place for teams and leaders alike. Rob has had a long-time interest in leadership and team effectiveness, starting with graduate research and then work in management development. In 2009 he had a life-altering experience taking a Certified Scrum Master workshop taught by Jeff McKenna and Chris Sims and became an ardent agile evangelist. He has been continuously improving software delivery at companies ranging from small startups to large organizations including Pacific Bell/AT&T and Google. For fun, Rob has spent years managing Playa Info, a large service-oriented department at Burning Man. He is also an avid music collector and enjoys dancing to the beat with his family.
