David Horowitz is co-founder and CEO of Retrium. Retrium is the world's first and only enterprise-ready platform for Agile retrospectives. Prior to co-founding Retrium, David spent nearly a decade between The World Bank and International Finance Corporation as a software developer turned Agile coach. While there, he experienced firsthand the importance - and difficulty - of effective retrospectives at scale.
In addition to Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Economics from The University of Maryland, David has a Master's degree in Technology Management from The University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School of Business. In 2013, he successfully founded and exited a movie search engine business.
David is married to his college sweetheart and is the father of three little ones.
Dr. Anita Bhandari is a consultant Neurotologist practicing in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She has done her postgraduation M.S.[ENT] from SMS Medical College, Jaipur. She has done a fellowship in Otology and Neurotology from Singapore. She is Director Dr. Anita Bhandari's Vertigo and Ear Clinic and is attached as Senior Consultant at Jain ENT Hospital.
Dr Anita Bhandari's Vertigo & Ear Clinic is an advanced center for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of vertigo, hearing and balance disorders.
She is Scientific Advisor to NeuroEquilibrium which is setting up the world's first chain of Vertigo and Balance Clinics across the globe to diagnose and treat vertigo patients by harnessing cloud technology and aims to treat over a million patients in the next 5 years. She is leading the development of diagnostic equipment and has applied for 5 patents , two of which have been granted.
She is a speaker in various national & international ENT conferences and training workshops.

Emily has been working with Agile teams for many years, she has a breadth of experience of delivery and agile transformation in both the private and public sectors.
Most recently, she was the Head of Agile Delivery at Government Digital Service (GDS), where she built, developed and led an amazing team of 40 Agile delivery professionals, she created the model for what professional learning communities look like through her work with the Agile Delivery community, was the Agile champion across GDS and across wider government. At GDS, she has also been the Programme Delivery Manager for Cabinet Office Technology transformation during the initiation, ensuring that the project was focused on user needs and Agile.
She is always seeking opportunities to give back to the Agile community and co-founded Agile on the Bench; a meet-up in London and a one-day Agile conference and is often found speaking at Agile and Lean conferences and meet-ups.
She has a passion for vintage scooters and taking photos of London Shop Fronts.

Julian has been working in technology since 1980 and over the years have held an eclectic collection of roles and responsibilities, including: The first software test engineer at Google outside the USA, where he worked for 4 years as a Senior Test Engineer on areas such as mobile testing, AdSense, and Chrome OS. He has been actively involved in testing and test automation for mobile apps since 2006. He develops Android apps, works on testing and test automation for web and mobile apps and shares much of his material freely. He has worked for Google for 4 years and eBay for 18 months in global roles. Over the years he has also participated in hundred's of workshops and conferences globally. He is based in the South East of England. You can find him at conferences, events, and peer workshops globally.

Kolton is co-founder and CEO of Gremlin. Previously he was a Chaos Engineer at Netflix improving streaming reliability and operating the Edge services. He designed and built F.I.T., Netflix's failure injection service. Prior he improved the performance and reliability of the Amazon Retail website. At both companies he has served as a ‘Call Leader', managing the resolution of company-wide incidents.
