David Bennett

David Bennett serves as Senior Recruiter in The Herndon Group's Houston office. David has over twenty (20) years of major account executive experience in addition to twelve (12) years as a senior executive in International Human Resources. During his career, David spent five (5) years as V.P. of an International Marketing, handling contract personnel for The Sinai Peacekeeping Operation for the world's largest personnel agency with management responsibility for twenty-four (24) offices throughout the world. Experienced in all aspects of H.R., David has managed the entire HR function, including Policies/Procedures, Succession Planning, Safety, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Employee Relations, Legal Compliance and ASAT/SOX compliance in addition to Affirmative Action Plans and OFCCP audit coordination and preparation, and immigration regulations. David has handled International employee issues in all facets of a Human Resources aspect, resolving complex & complicated issues and resolved those issues resulting in a very positive outcome for both the client and the individual's involved. David brings to AHA a wealth of experience and has an extensive background in hiring executives at all levels both domestically and internationally. His experience in coordinating with clients the development of recruitment/staffing strategies, and direct experience representing organization interests in a variety of forums and working groups, i.e. colleges, professional symposiums, etc., coupled with his global Human Resources experience allows AHA to better analyze the needs of our clients and provide them with sound analysis of their business needs and have an intuitive understanding of the best candidate to fill specific Senior Management positions. David's earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resources Management and an additional master's degree in Marketing from Sacramento Regent University.

Jim Schreier

Jim Schreier is a professional trainer and management consultant. His experience in management training and human resource consulting includes 27 years of teaching to managers and professionals in a variety of settings. He has extensive experience working with manufacturing, banking, service, entertainment, and non-profit companies. He has worked throughout the United States and in several international settings. Jim is a certified POWER Partner, trained in the POWER Hiring system by Lou Adler, author of Hire With Your Head - A Rational Way to Make Gut Decisions. Schreier has a Ph.D. in Education, an MBA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management. He is professionally certified in a number of other management development programs, including Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking, the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency from Training House, and Tom Crum's Magic of Conflict. He is an Associate Consultant with Human Synergistics and works extensively with their Organizational Culture Inventory, Organizational Effectiveness Inventory, Leadership Impact, and Life Styles Inventories. Kim Sawyer serves as Director of Executive Development in The Herndon Group's Houston office. Kim has over twenty (20) years of CEO and Senior Management experience with expertise in the area of leadership, strategic coaching of senior level executives, professional, and business effectiveness and entrepreneurial development with a proven and longstanding track record in business development, marketing, and sales. The process utilized by Kim to enhance the value of senior level employees for their companies includes tools and applications ranging from coaching to experiential learning to facilitation of mutual-coaching Success-Groups™, certified in The Birkman Method®. Kim blends experience and expertise to integrate ideas and technologies into the business arena. The effective use of these powerful and practical tools has enabled Kim to achieve a good level of success with the multitude of executives from billion dollar clients Kim has worked with over the years. In addition to individual consulting, Kim utilizes a series of professional development workshops, ArtfulBusiness™, and a business-value-based diversity workshop, StrategicDiversity™ to refine and further enhance the executive development process.
