AJIA began in 1994, when Norm Morrison and his bride returned from Japan to their hometown in North Vancouver, BC to raise a family. In Japan, Norm had built a successful home building business, and upon his return, his very satisfied Japanese clients insisted that he continue to build for them. Rising to the challenge, Norm devised a way to pre-fabricate the home package panels with locally sourced, Canadian lumber, and ship it overseas. And with that, AJIA - which means Asia in Japanese- was born... At AJIA, we know that your home project didn't come out of nowhere. Most people who are looking to build have been thinking about it, talking about it, and yes, dreaming about it for years.
