Briony Petch

Briony joined Algo Más from South Australian not-for-profit aged care provider Eldercare where she managed the organisation's marketing and communications activities including branding, budgeting, collateral production and event management. She oversaw the planning and delivery of collaborative external and internal marketing campaigns and was actively involved in creative concept development, content creation as well as photography and videography coordination. Before transitioning to marketing as a career in 2012, Briony was a long-time, and award-winning, broadcaster with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Local Radio Network and worked in various locations across the country. She writes economically, pays meticulous attention to detail and can distil complex topics using simple language to create wide-ranging traditional and digital content including news releases, brochures, video scripts and social media posts. Briony's background in journalism also enables her to find, and facilitate, proactive media opportunities for brands. With more than 20 years combined marketing and media experience, Briony understands the elements that need to work together to deliver campaigns and projects on time, on budget and on brand. David English

David is a graphic designer with more than 15 years' experience. He possesses a multi-disciplinary skill-set ranging from brand design to copywriting and animation. David is highly skilled at developing unique, engaging branding and design to creatively elevate clients' communications. After graduating in Victoria in 2003 and establishing his career in Melbourne, David has worked in both the design and advertising fields: both as a graphic designer and an art director. He has worked with iconic local brands, major property developers and government clients. David's broad expertise has been applied to advertising campaigns for iconic South Australian brands such as Coopers, Balfours, SATC and RAA. His experience also extends to residential development branding for Buildtec Group, Henley and AV Jennings as well as major SA Housing Authority projects. David is experienced in developing campaign messaging, distilling brand strategy into copywriting that explains, entices and invites. Property branding for Norwood Green included project naming, tagline development, campaign messaging and long copy as well as extensive display centre signage development. For Seaside Kangaroo Island, David developed taglines, campaign messaging and radio scripts. David is passionate about developing and maintaining brands that have an engaging and enlightening narrative. Motion in graphic design is another of David's passions. He has created animated online advertisements on realestate.com.au for Norwood Green and SA Housing as well as motion content for Munno Para Shopping Centre and Croplands using Adobe Animate and After Effects. Julie Wrobel - Founder, Managing Director

Julie is the founder and sole director of Algo Más and was a Telstra Business Woman's Award finalist in 2019. Julie has extensive experience managing communications and branding projects specialising in aged care, property development as well as state and local government. Julie also has expertise in facilitating community consultation and place brand development. Julie's place branding experience originated from her seven-year involvement as Coordinator, and later Committee Member, of Adelaide's East End Coordination Group. In 2011, Julie managed the National Mainstreet Conference and established Mainstreet SA; a not-for-profit group supporting people who work, and manage, mainstreets and precincts. Julie was the founding Chair of Mainstreet SA and continues to support the organisation as a conference speaker and sponsor. As a previous participant in the South Australian Young Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES), and more recently as a member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO), Julie is passionate about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking. Julie has also held several board and committee positions after successfully completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. Juliet Mallinson

Juliet first joined Algo Más as an Administration Assistant, providing key support to our growing team. With previous experience as a healthcare receptionist, Jet is accustomed to responding quickly, and confidentially, to the needs of clients and colleagues. Jet has also been employed in an educational setting: providing school students with academic guidance, tutoring and organisational advice.

Kerry Staszyc

Kerry began her advertising and marketing career 19 years ago as an Account Coordinator, working at a well-known Adelaide agency. At the same time, she finished her second degree, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at the University of South Australia. From here, Kerry's career took her to London, where she account managed iconic brands such as Hewlett Packard and Sky TV. Next in her journey was Brisbane, where Kerry primarily worked on clients QLD Health and Leed Construction. After spending some time in Brisbane, working with clients such as QLD health and Leed Construction, Kerry returned to South Australia to work on expanding her marketing skills. In more recent years, Kerry has worked as an Account Manager, a Media Buyer and Planner, a Project Manager and been in roles that focus specifically on SEO, social and digital marketing. Kerry's broad experience and knowledge of the industry allows her to adapt to any brief. She specialises in real estate and property development, retirement living, new technologies, transport, retirement living and not for profit. Lynda Smith

Lynda is our Finance and Human Resources (HR) Manager. Lynda possesses qualifications in Public Administration and Business Studies and oversees the budgeting, HR and administrative requirements of the business. Lynda has extensive experience in accounts, management and staff performance and has worked in various industries across Australia ranging from car rental through to IT and, most recently, aquaculture. With her strong and diverse financial expertise, Lynda brings insights and leadership skills that help facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations of Algo Más. Lynda is a Member of the Australian HR Institute and also plays a lead role in overseeing our wellbeing and team culture initiatives.

Monique Aidone

After graduating from RMIT (Melbourne) with a Bachelor of Arts (Creative Advertising) and Dip. Marketing, Monique began her career as a creative copywriter in Melbourne. For more than a decade, Monique worked on many iconic Australian brands across diverse industries including retail, food and beverage, property, fashion, the not-for-profit sectors and tertiary education. For the past 5 years, Monique has broadened her experience, honing her skills in account management, project management and brand strategy. She brings extensive experience across the whole marketing discipline including identity development, branding, strategy, campaign management, website development, media planning, budgeting and event management. Monique specialises in real estate and property development, retail, events, education and not for profit sector marketing. Ryan Smith

Ryan is a multi-disciplinary graphic designer and has been a key member of our creative team for three years bringing more than a decade's design and advertising industry experience. Ryan has completed a Bachelor of Visual Communication (with First Class Honours) at the University of South Australia. Since completing his studies, Ryan has worked with, and for, some of Adelaide's leading design studios and advertising agencies on a wide range of projects across multiple mediums. Ryan prides himself of being a graphic design ‘jack of all trades' and has a thorough understanding of creative and marketing processes. He can take projects from concept through to completion: all with impeccable attention to detail. These skills enable Ryan to create effective graphic design that aligns with brands, solves problems, sparks interest and ultimately delivers results for clients.
