Abby first joined Alliant as an intern and since then has been responsible for over $500 million in infrastructure projects. Skilled in preliminary and final highway design as well as alternate delivery, Abby is a solutions-focused project manager. Her design experience spans multiple disciplines including roadway, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), ADA, signals, signing, pavement marking, traffic control/staging, and utilities. Abby strives to deliver projects that are well thought out and coordinated effectively across all disciplines and team members to ensure the best value approach for her clients. Abby's support for the transportation engineering industry includes involvement in professional organizations such as NCITE, engagement with local universities, and serving as a mentor to team members.

Brett finds managing the schedule, staffing, quality, and delivery of traditional and alternative delivery projects very rewarding. As Director of Transportation Design, he manages professional teams focused on completing a wide range of roadway, traffic, structural, hydraulic, and environmental engineering projects with precision. Brett holds himself personally responsible for providing each of his team members with the opportunity and guidance necessary to live up to their full potential.
A majority of Brett's 22-year career has been focused large final design projects in the states of Minnesota, Colorado and Utah. Through those experiences, he has learned valuable lessons that give him insight into constructability techniques and approaches for various transportation disciplines on projects of all sizes. His deep knowledge base and unique approach to maintenance of traffic (MOT), construction staging, and roadway design benefits our clients in terms of safety, schedule, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction. Brett believes open, honest lines of communication brings project teams together. Clark has the innate ability to see projects from a high level and quickly identify the site, market, or stakeholder characteristics that will maximize the client's return on investment. As Principal-in-Charge, he maintains an awareness of the information, direction, oversight, and resources needed to get through development constraints and keep projects on course. Clark has completed, managed, or facilitated hundreds of projects with high profile partners and his hard work has continually resulted in increased opportunities for our project teams.
After 25 years in the industry, Clark has extensive experience assessing site constraints, preparing preliminary cost analysis, scheduling, entitlements, all phases of project design, preparing plans and specifications, permitting, and construction administration. He has been the managing principal and project manager for numerous local and national urban infill, residential, commercial/retail, and office/industrial developments of various complexities. Clark's current primary responsibilities include business development, client relations, marketing, acting as the Land Development Department Manager in Minneapolis, and the oversight of land development activities in our Jacksonville office.

As Vice President, he has focused Florida's land survey department on filling the client service response gap for clients in the Jacksonville area. Clayton and his team have set a new standard for professional surveying services around Jacksonville.
With over 25 years of land surveying experience, Clayton is extremely well-versed in all aspects of surveying. His experience includes large-scale boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, and as-built surveys. He is a skilled project manager and is an expert in GPS mission planning and execution, low-altitude UAV photogrammetry surveys, and CAD.

As a Project Manager, he has become a trusted advisor to owners by working to uncover the details some may overlook and anticipating issues before they arise. Eric believes that building a network of clients, contractors, and agency partners that are committed to solving problems is one of the best parts of being a civil engineer.
With over 20 years of design and project management experience, Eric successfully leads some of our clients' most high-profile, and sometimes controversial, projects where building consensus is essential. He has spent most of his career on water resources design for highway projects, public and private site improvements, natural resources restoration, and shared-use path development for a wide range of clients. Prior to coming to Alliant, Eric worked at the Three Rivers Park District and he led the design and construction of the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail in Edina, which created seven miles of new regional trail along Nine Mile Creek in a fully developed community. Eric volunteers on the Environment and Sustainability Committee for the Minnesota chapter of APWA to connect with his peers and stay on the cutting edge of current design practices.

With nearly 20 years of traffic final design experience focused on signing, striping, roadway lighting, and traffic signals, Mike is a unique single point of knowledge for projects that include all these design elements. His project experience includes a vast assortment of traffic safety and device implementations for several local and county roadway, and MnDOT trunk highway, expressway, and freeway roadway projects, comprised of interchanges, roundabouts, and other complex intersections. His design experience includes such specialties as overhead signing design, corridor pavement marking retrofits for bike lane accommodations, permanent and temporary traffic signals with ADA accommodations, and continuous freeway lighting systems requiring photometric analysis.

As manager of our Mankato office, Peter has expanded Alliant's offering within the Midwest region. Scott has a diverse background in multimodal traffic engineering and has been involved in a wide variety of traffic studies, traffic design, and signal timing projects over his 18-year career. His efforts have led to the implementation of hundreds of traffic infrastructure investments which have improved safety, efficiency, and mobility for all users.
Prior to joining Alliant, Scott was a Traffic Operations Engineer for the City of Minneapolis and gained operations experience with the City's 810 traffic signals and involvement in a variety of traffic calming and safety-related projects and initiatives. He leverages this experience in his approach to client communication, public engagement, consensus building, and alternatives development. Scott's alternatives development process includes identifying and prioritizing improvements that increase safety and mobility while providing reasonable access to and from local streets and businesses.
Scott is also heavily involved in professional organizations such as the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) where he has served in District and Section leadership since 2014. He is also a graduate of the 2017 Leadership ITE class and frequently presents on topics related to his project work and experience to broaden the knowledge base of the greater transportation community.
