Chad has been with Alliance Architects since the late 90's and has excelled in design of critical facilities, medical, office and industrial buildings. A LEED accredited professional, he guides Alliance Architects' projects through the complexities of achieving all levels of LEED certification. Chad has a knack for successfully balancing several projects at once, developing new client relationships and maintaining quality control in the production of our drawings. As the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, Chad also helps to oversee the financial aspects of the firm.
Outside of Alliance, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing golf and traveling.

Charlie is a founding Principal and the President of Alliance Architects, Inc. With over three decades of experience in mission critical, corporate office and interiors, two decades of industrial experience and over fifteen years of church and school experience, he is uniquely poised to guide Alliance Architects toward the "100 Year Plan". His active involvement mentoring in most aspects of projects while pursuing new work, is all geared toward creativity done right in order to keep clients happy.

Chris is the Senior Vice President of Alliance Architects, Inc. Mr. Bruck operated his own firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma prior to joining Alliance Architects, Inc. in 1997. His extensive experience in commercial, retail, office and industrial projects, as well as corporate interior projects, spans more than thirty-five years. Mr. Bruck managed Alliance's former satellite office for Trammell Crow Company in downtown Dallas where he oversaw the completion of industrial and distribution projects, corporate tenant and interior projects, as well as programming and master planning.

Alliance Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce that Joven Cavas has been named Senior Vice President of the firm. Joven's role will include business development, project management, and delivery, and ensuring that clients' needs and requirements are successfully met. He will be involved with the strategic positioning of the firm on both short and long-term goals, contributing to the overall direction and growth of the company's operations.
Cavas brings nearly 25 years of architectural design and project management experience to his new executive position. He joined Alliance Architects in 1996 as a student intern and is, and continues to be, one of the firm's most valuable employees.

Tom joined Alliance Architects shortly after our inception in 1993. His eye for design detail and talent in critical thinking has been a real boon to our design of office buildings, churches, interior design projects and complex industrial build to suits. He is a LEED AP and diligently keeps up with this aspect of our profession, as well as accessibility and code requirements.
