Bill DeMars has been a real estate sales person and associate broker since 1978. He is very active in the Flint Area Association of Realtors,and has served on the Board of Directors for many years for both the Flint Area Association of Realtors and for This Week In Real Estate. He has been actively involved in various committees and currently the chairman of the Multiple Listing Service. Bill is past chairman of the Standard Forms Committee, Budget / Finance and Secretary / Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the association. Bill has also served on various other committees.Bill was the broker owner for 22years and now serves as associate broker.Real Estate has been a full time commitment which has allowed me to provide for my family my whole life.
EDUCATION: Bill obtained his Real Estate Sales Person license in 1978 and Associate Brokers License in 1981. Bill has taken various educational courses pertaining to real estate and has earned both the G.R.I. (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and A.B.R. Accredited Buyer Representative) designations.
