This was a time of rapid Internet development in the Ukraine and the wave of the dotcom bubble reached the country, boosting the local market. Due to professional technical and managerial teams, Altima quickly took a good share of the local market... In 2001 the Internet bubble blew off, the local market started to shrink. Tough times followed for Altima. The company's activity was diversified and Altima began to offer web design and development services to foreign markets, working as outsourcing provider for western customers...
