After completing his Ceramic Engineering in Germany, Mr. Mukherjee started his career there, where he worked for many years. On his return to India, he was on the rolls of many premier Companies, both in the Private and Public Sectors of the country. He retired as the Chairman of Bharat Refractories Limited (BRL), a PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. With his vast knowledge and experience, he continues to be a source of inspiration to the present generation.

With a combination of a trained HR person and a good understanding of the international business ecosystem, she has the strength of an avid business person and an empathetic people expert.
