Andrea assists clients and vendors at the front desk and is involved in project set-up and accounts payable/accounts receivable. In addition, Andrea provides support to Impact7G's telecommunications department. Prior to joining our team, Andrea gained over a decade of experience with Section 106 submittals and NEPA compliance reporting for telecommunications and railroad industry projects all over the country.
In her free time, Andrea is a devoted Boston terrier dog mom and avid shoe shopper. Although she loves to travel, she is the happiest curled up on the couch with a dog in her lap, a glass of chardonnay in her hand and binge watching something on TV with her husband, Chad.

As an environmental specialist for Impact7G, Austin completes a wide variety of fieldwork, including Phase I environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater sampling for Phase II projects, air quality assessments, asbestos surveys, and report preparation. In addition to several years of extensive field experience, Austin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Geoscience and Environmental Science from the University of Iowa, as well as a certification in Sustainability. Austin is 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified and currently holds an Iowa Radon Measurement Specialist license, an Iowa Construction Site Pollution Prevention Inspector certification, and an Iowa asbestos inspector license.

As the Marketing and Communications Director for Impact7G, Ben manages the company's digital footprint, including the company's brand, website, and social media. He provides graphic design, photography, videography, and drone services to staff and clients. Ben obtained his Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy from Drake University.
Bradford works to coordinate and teach asbestos classes throughout Iowa, including the following: Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Management Planner, 16-Hour Operations and Maintenance under AHERA, and OSHA's 2-Hour Asbestos Awareness. He updates and revises asbestos training materials as needed and maintains records of compliance for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. He also coordinates and completes AHERA asbestos re-inspections as well as periodic surveillances of asbestos materials for public and private schools throughout the state of Iowa. This department produces management plans for Iowa school districts. Additionally, Bradford conducts air monitoring for asbestos abatement projects and samples mold (both in air and on surfaces).
Bradley spends much of his time as an environmental field technician collecting soil, groundwater, and asbestos samples. He's 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified and is licensed to perform asbestos work in Iowa, having received both Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor Training and Asbestos Inspector Training. Bradley is also certified to collect groundwater samples in Nebraska.
Mr. Scott conducts and oversees cultural resource management projects associated with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act compliance. Mr. Scott is well-versed in archaeological methods and survey techniques. His primary responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and evaluating archaeological sites for their National Register significance. Mr. Scott has over 14 years of experience completing and managing Phase IA archaeological assessments, Phase I intensive field investigations, Phase II site evaluations, and Phase III data recovery excavations.

Casey has a Master of Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University and four years of experience working in cultural resource management. She has conducted architectural surveys and cultural resource evaluations as well as preparing the documentation. Her primary responsibilities will include managing telecom projects for NEPA compliance.

Chant brings diverse experience to Impact7G: educated and engaged in environmental principles and practices across the Midwest and Northwest United States. Through direct experience with local, state, federal and nonprofit agencies as well as private stakeholders, Chant brings an array of collaborative and technical expertise.
A Senior Project Manager, Chant is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist and delineation professional with a focus on Midwest wetland characteristics and policy related to the U.S. Clean Water Act. Chant utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Architecture (IA) for research, analysis, and cartography, focusing on assessment and communication of environmental concepts, analysis, and design.
Chant leads restoration and prescribed fire services and is passionate about restoration of natural areas and native habitats in the Midwest. He provides evaluation of forest, riparian, wetland, and prairie habitats, backed up with the experience to restore and manage those areas with a focus on promoting habitat and sustainability. A Prescribed Fire Manager, Chant executes powerful restoration tools to the benefit and progress of our clients, natural areas, and communities.
Cindy has over 40 years experience working on a variety environmental projects. Her expertise is in risk assessment and cleanup of contaminated sites including EPA and state brownfield sites. Cindy has managed numerous brownfield projects in the midwest and southern states. She is also a proficient grant writer, identifying and securing funding for projects. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Minnesota. Cindy retired in 2016 but in 2019 came to work for Impact7G.
Corrie loves to ski, snowshoe, mountain bike, hike, raft, and camp. "Living in Colorado allows me to have fun outdoors all year round!" She also enjoys hanging out with her husband and two kids, who are 3 and 7.
Dakota works in the Asbestos Department of Impact7G and is an Iowa certified Asbestos Inspector. Dakota spends his time in the field collecting material and air samples or in the office creating reports for clients.
Dakota is a very athletic person, spending most of his time in the weight room, or playing softball. He also enjoys getting out on the lake and boating with friends and family when time allows. Some day Dakota would like to travel to and around Australia and enjoy some shrimp fresh off the barbie.
Dan brings 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in environmental due diligence, assessment, and remediation projects. He will be helping to manage the team's Phase I Environmental Site Assessment program, as well as supporting a variety of environment, health, and safety clients and projects. Dan is an Iowa native having graduated from Simpson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science. Having previously worked in Iowa, Connecticut, and California, his consulting experience spans across the United States.
Eric received his B.A. in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa and has experience working on a variety of environmental projects involving the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, environmental permitting, wetland delineations, asbestos inspections and reporting, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM 1527-13 standards. He completes site inspections; local, state, and federal environmental database review; historical information review; and soil and groundwater sampling as part of Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. A 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certified environmental specialist, Eric currently holds an Iowa asbestos inspectors licence and abatement contractor/supervisor asbestos license.
Jacob spends much of his time in the field and reporting in the areas of lead-based paint, asbestos, mold, indoor air quality, state and federal environmental compliance, and cleanup projects. His diverse background allows him to assist on a variety of projects at Impact7G. Jacob has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and is certified Lead Risk Assessor in Iowa.

Jade assists in data collection and entry from the field. She facilitates in design and planning for the Watershed group. Currently, Jade is in the process of earning a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. She will have completed her master's degree in May of 2021. During her time at the University of Iowa, her education has been focused on water quality and designing sustainable systems to remediate environmental issues. She passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and is obtaining Engineer-In-Training status to eventually become a Professional Engineer. In the summers away from school, Jade has had various internships involving work with GIS, inspections in the field, and regulatory compliance research.
One of James' favorite outdoor activities is walking his dog in the woods. "It gives me an opportunity to exercise, observe the seasonal flora and enjoy the spectacle of my dog trying to make friends with unreceptive local wildlife." He also enjoys spending time with his wife, twin 14 year old boys and 8 year old son. Some surprising things about James include the fact that those close to him consider James to be a seasoned rock/funk electric bass guitarist. He also has double jointed thumbs "which is great for Halloween party tricks".
