Dan Taylor founded AMI Asbestos Management Inc. in 1986. As one of the first asbestos consultants in the Midwest, Dan helped institute many of the industry's practices and procedures commonly used today. In his position as president and chief executive officer, Dan focuses on the overall direction of the firm, strategic alliances and business development. Dan has 30 plus years of experience resolving hazardous material, infection control, and EHS problems in healthcare facilities. He works with healthcare owners, architects, general contractors and construction managers during design, pre-construction, project execution, commissioning and maintenance activities to develop and implement infection control protocols that protect patients and minimize disruption. Dan's expertise includes site investigations and baseline assessments to determine unique site-specific requirements and criteria for compliance with facility Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA). He also responds to emergent events related to healthcare built environments, providing assessment, documentation, recommendation and confirmation of issues resolution. Dan currently serves as the Omaha Post Small Business Liaison Officer for SAME Omaha Post.

William "Bill" Crowe - VP

William "Bill" Crowe rejoined the AMI team as vice president in 2018, returning with 20 years of leadership and technical experience since he previously held this position at AMI. As vice president, consults with clients to resolve environmental health and safety issues, oversee project deliverables and collaborate on business development. Crowe is responsible for all aspects of AMI's project delivery process, including: project setup, management and closeout; scheduling; client/prime communication; quality and cost control; and health and safety.
