CS Mahesh

  • Master Trainer for the MBTI
Mahesh is a master Trainer for the MBTI®, FIRO-B™ and CPI 260™ instruments and Saville Consulting assessment suite. He is also certified on EQi and Organisational Team Culture Indicator (OTCI). Mahesh has presented several papers at international forums, and is a facilitator for personal growth labs at IIM-Ahmedabad and IMDR, Pune. He has over 800+ hours in psychometric feedback and executive coaching assignments. Prior to starting Anahat, Mahesh worked with Proctor & Gamble, CRY and Clarion Advertising before moving into organization development consulting in 1994. Mahesh is a graduate from St. Stephen's, Delhi and a post-graduate in management from IIM Ahmedabad

Gomathy KP

Job Titles:
  • Customer Experience Manager
Gomathy manages the Customer support and the Assessment Bureau operations at Anahat. She has 20 plus years of experience across customer support, Finance and corporate strategy functions. She is certified on the BEI and the Saville instrument. Gomathy holds a degree in Banking management.

Janaki Venkat

Janaki is a master trainer on the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory®, Saville Assessments suite and Diamond Power Index®. She has led international certification training programs in India and overseas. Janaki is also certified on several other tools including EQi and Organisational Team Culture Indicator. She has completed coach training through Coaches Training Institute. She has over 1000+ hours of psychometric feedback and coaching assignments. She has worked with Banque Nationale De Paris (BNP) and the UB Group before moving into Consulting in 1994 after training as a process facilitator with the Indian Society for Individual and Social Development (ISISD). Janaki holds a graduate degree in Commerce and post-graduate degree in Management Studies (Human Resources) from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. She also holds a masters degree Process Oriented Facilitation and Conflict Studies, Process Work Institute, Portland, USA. Janaki is passionate about mythology and committed to community development.

Lakshmi Sridhar

Job Titles:
  • Senior Manager
Lakshmi is a Senior Manager at Anahat and has been with the organisation for over 15 years. She handles the Client Relations function and is the SPOC for all the certification programs offered by Anahat. She is certified on the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory® and the Saville instruments. Lakshmi is a graduate in English Literature and holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from the Cochin University of Science & Technology.

Ramachandran PR

Job Titles:
  • Head of Operations
Ram heads the Operations at Anahat and acts as a bridge between the Consulting and Operations functions. He has several years of experience in delivery operations, data management, expanding client relationships and transitioning processes offshore in the consulting and risk & analytics space. He is certified on the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory® and the BEI. Ram holds a Masters in Computer Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management.

Sivakami Suryanaryanan

Job Titles:
  • Principal Consultant
Sivakami is a Principal Consultant at Anahat and the Lead Consultant for the Saville Consulting Practice. Sivakami works with clients to create and deliver suitable Talent Management solutions for their organisations, using the Saville Wave Framework and assessment tools. Certified on the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory® and Saville Suite of Assessments, she is also facilitator for the Saville International Accreditation programme offered by Anahat. She also delivers workshops for managers based on the MBTI® framework. Sivakami is also a certified Assessor and Centre Manager. Sivakami is a Graduate in Mathematics from PSG College of Arts and Science and Masters in Business Administration in HRM from City College, Newport University, London.
