Chris feels that all his hands-on experience has helped him over the years, more than the training classes because rarely installs or system breakdowns are the exact same and you have to be able to adapt at the job site while still getting the customer the best outcome possible. This, together with his background in other areas of construction makes Chris unique in the fact that he doesn't just know the service side. He knows and feels comfortable in looking at the system, the design, and installation and knows what can be done to address the customer's needs while staying within the building code regulations.
As a Service Technician at Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning, Chris enjoys interacting with customers daily and always strives to perform the best work possible. His positive attitude and happy personality helps during stressful situations on the job site. He also likes working with the other technicians and is always there with advice and to share ways to better understanding all aspects of the HVAC industry.
Ezequiel was destined to be involved in the HVAC world, as his dad owned a small HVAC company in Texas. At the young age of 15, he started working alongside his dad on the weekends. Spending time with his dad wasn't the only thing he enjoyed about the HVAC industry. Ezequiel likes that he uses a lot of different skills daily, especially when it comes to wiring electrical components and troubleshooting issues. When it came time for Ezequiel to pick a career direction, there was no question in his mind. He enrolled in a local community college and started working towards his goal, a goal that not only did he accomplish, he excelled at. He graduated after a year with an HVAC and Refrigeration Certificate, an EPA Universal License, and a 4.0 GPA. To say his parents were proud is a huge understatement.
Having both HVAC installation and service experience comes in handy in his current position as one of Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning's Design Coordinators. Working closely with our Production Supervisors and Builders, Ezequiel treats each house plan and HVAC layout as it is going in his own house. "I take pride in my work" Ezequiel said "I want the customers who move into the houses I work on to be comfortable. I always take the time to consider ‘if this was my house, what would be the best options for my family and then work with the builder to get the best outcome for everyone involve." Other keys to his success include his organization and hard work ethic, which help him stay on track and meet scheduling deadlines from our numerous builders.
His honesty, professionalism, and passion to help others comes out every day as well. Not only is Ezequiel our main translator (English to Spanish) for both employees and customers, he is always the first to volunteer when help is needed, and stays calm under pressure.

Mark Love has been with Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning for 21 years and has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential HVAC. For the past 14 years Mark's main focus had been on estimating, performing load calculations and duct design. Mark currently uses his 38 years of HVAC experience to oversee the Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning Design and Production Departments. Working with both the production managers and design coordinators, he makes sure the builders installation schedules are met while insuring that every HVAC plan that Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning installs is the absolute best for each home.
When not working, Mark enjoys working outside in his yard and spending time with his grandkids.
Nicole Finch joined Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning as their Office Manager over six years ago. New to the HVAC world there was a lot to learn, however proving she is a quick learner she jumped right in. Being the office manager, Nicole handles a little bit of everything and her role has changed a lot since she joined the team. Although her main focuses include AP, HR, Payroll and Marketing, you can find her greeting clients when they walk in the door and helping any department when they need her.
Nicole started preparing for her office management role at a young age. After school she would help her Grandmother with payroll and other office tasks for the family business. The skills she learned along with her dependability, organization, ability to prioritize and wanting to help other thrive are all keys to Nicole's success. While working directly with Mike and Lynn McAndrew on various projects, she is critical to the continued success and growth of Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning.
Sean joined his wife's families HVAC business in Buffalo NY 18 years ago. Wanting to learn the trade he took every opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge needed in the HVAC industry. Starting as a warehouse manager he got hands on experience and training. From the day he started, Sean has excelled in each position he has held and quickly moved up to field supervisor.
In his current position as one of Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning's Design Coordinators, Sean works with both existing and new builders to design the most efficient HVAC layout for each new house plan. His attention to detail and understanding of HVAC requirements helps him complete accurate load calculations and design layouts in a timely manner while insuring that all of the requested needs and wants of each house are meet. Sean's ability to look at a house plan and see the finished house and consider the new homeowners comfort makes him an ideal fit for Andy Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning.

Trey Mayhew has been a service technician at Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning for over 12 years and has been in the HVAC industry since 1986. He enjoys being outside, working with his hands and being a part of the Andy Lewis team. Trey's immense experience and positivity are very valuable to our team, and his willingness to sharing his knowledge with the other members of the team is priceless.
Trey excels as a service technician for many reasons, one of them being his interaction with our customers. He really takes the time to listen to their concerns and the comfort needs of their family, as well as taking the time to make sure the job is completed correctly.
On the weekends he enjoys bass fishing, skate boarding and spending time with his family, who are very important to him. Trey is also an extremely talented artist; in fact, in 2016 one of his art pieces won first place at the Paul C. Rhyne Art Exhibition.
Walter Alvarado has been with Andy Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning for 6 years, and has a total of 16 years' experience in residential HVAC. He decided on a career in HVAC because it peaked his interest from a young age, and it is something he enjoys doing. As a service technician for the Andy Lewis team, Jose focuses mainly on starting up new equipment and performing a final inspection check on the running of the equipment in our new construction houses.
Although Walter is passionate about HVAC and has a strong commitment to hard work, the only thing that he is more passionate about is his family. He is proud of the fact that his hard work and dedication have helped him provide a place to call home for himself, his wife and their son.
