Bob also has a background in customer service, and has traveled all over the US to teach those skills, and more, to other small business owners. He founded Janicare, Inc.-a major janitorial and industrial maintenance company in Charleston SC and the region in 1978. Janicare provided services to large companies, multi-family clients, and many government agencies. After selling Janicare in 1987, Bob became the Assistant Managing Director of one of the largest management consulting firms in North America. He consulted to more than 3,000 businesses.
Bob was active in Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and became the FIRST Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) in South Carolina.
Gigi has a background in customer service and perfection with cleaning. She ensures that customers are satisfied and their expectations have been exceeded. She has obtained many degrees of education both in formal settings (University of South Carolina, BS 1995, MCJ 2001), as well as within our industry. She continues to network and discuss recent developments in the areas of stain removals and other services Apex provides. She is a Certified Master Carpet Cleaner.
Her technicians have obtained the award of "Best in Charleston" in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning by the US Local Business Association in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012, and by the US Commerce Association in 2011 and 2012, 2013, 2014.
