APPLIANCE

After a few years in the appliance repair industry Dean realized the need for a solid foundation for accurate and consistent pricing for his customers. In the early 1980's he began developing a flat rate system that ensured his customers were charged fairly regardless of the speed of his technicians. Countless hours, years actually, have been spent analyzing repair statistics, surveying customers, employees, peers, and other industry professionals to assemble the needed data...
This data took into consideration repair times, costs of doing business, inventory needs, electronic test and service access equipment needed, product installation stipulations, availability of technical data, etc. to develop national averages. This became the basis of the Appliance Blue Book we know today.
