The enjoyment of a carefully prepared, proper meal is a simple pleasure. We named our small cooking and catering firm after the notion of a "proper meal" in the belief that our attention to field, food, and table would make eating well easier for our clients. We make real food from organic, seasonal ingredients, grown nearby whenever possible, and otherwise grown at farms we can cite. We cook full meals from custom menus designed collaboratively that make eating together, in a leisurely and pleasant manner, a source of joy instead of a burden.
