The Bay to Bay property includes two renovated 1920's homes in South Tampa only a block from Bayshore Boulevard. With convenient access to the Crosstown Expressway and downtown Tampa, they are situated in a highly-desired location. Arcis' corporate office and Arcis Executive Suites are located at 2908 W. Bay to Bay Blvd., and 2906 W. Bay to Bay Blvd. is the location for two professional companies.

Bruce's commercial real estate experience includes asset management, commercial & investment banking, contract negotiation, real estate loan workouts, investment sales brokerage, offshore syndications, and consulting. At Arcis Investments, Bruce has primary responsibility for the overall operations of the organization with a focus on new acquisition opportunities, as well as the asset management of the company's portfolio. Prior to joining Arcis, Bruce was Managing Director for Euro American Advisors (EAA), a diversified Netherlands-based real estate investment company investing Dutch and German funds in U.S. real estate located throughout the southeast. Euro American's U.S. operations were headquartered in Tampa, Florida, where he started with the company in 1997. Bruce was instrumental in structurally organizing this operation and putting in place the proper systems and growth strategies to expand the portfolio to a value of $300 Million. At Euro American, he had overall responsibility for the U.S. operations and coordinated all aspects of asset management, property management, leasing and disposition, as well as the ongoing strategic decisions regarding the U.S. portfolio. In addition, his diverse real estate background provided valuable insight during the acquisition and development process. Prior to joining Euro American, Bruce was Vice President at Citicorp Real Estate where his primary responsibility was managing a $300 million OREO portfolio located throughout the Southeast and the Midwest. Bruce was instrumental in mitigating Citicorp's losses on this multi-faceted portfolio (including office, industrial, retail and multi-family) through his aggressive hands-on asset management style. Citicorp transferred him to Tampa from New York City where he was a Loan Workout Specialist, successfully working out a $260 million non-performing portfolio of loans. Bruce joined Citicorp from Jones Lang Wootton where he was on the Acquisition, Sales and Finance team for this global real estate advisory firm. Bruce began his career at Chemical Bank where he completed the bank's twelve-month credit training program to become an Account Officer. He earned his MBA in finance from Columbia Business School in New York City, and received his BS from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he graduated with honors. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Westshore Alliance, Florida Gulf Coast Realtors Association (FGCAR), and Omicron Delta Epsilon (the National Economic Honor Society). He is also a Boy Scout Leader and is on the Board of Trustees at Tampa Preparatory School.

Emily joined the Arcis team in 2006 and has worked in both the property management side and accounting side. Her position now includes Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables for the entire Arcis Portfolio. Emily also assists in providing support to the Property Management teams.

Katherine has filled a variety of needs for Arcis since the business was started. Her primary role is to assist with Human Resources, while also providing support to any of the other managers. Katherine began her career as petrochemical and commodities trader until she was hired by Chemical Bank. After completing their 12-month credit training program, Katherine became an Account Officer in Chemical's Commodities and Agribusiness World unit. She later moved over to Chemical's Middle Market High Risk business unit. Subsequent to Chemical Bank, Katherine became a VP of Financial Analysis for Reliance Group Holdings in charge of a team of financial analysts that oversaw the creditworthiness of more than $1 billion of high risk insurance transactions. Katherine received her B.A. in History, with a Minor in Economics, from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Ken joined Arcis in 2015 after three years as the Asset Manager with HRES, Inc. He is the Property Manager for the Florida Portfolio, where he works closely with the tenants at each property to take care of their service requests and resolve any complaints or issues they have. In addition, he oversees the Preventative Maintenance Program for the Florida assets. Ken honed his customer service skills from 2001-2012 as he worked his way up to General Manager for the Tampa Bay Area with Pier 1 Imports. Ken is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

Kristen's commercial real estate experience includes accounting, taxation and investment management. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. At Arcis, she is responsible for all the financial aspects of the investments and operations, including accounting, cash flow management, and tax planning, plus the back office operations. In addition, her real estate experience and tax knowledge are crucial to the acquisition and asset management process. Prior to joining Arcis, Kristen was the Chief Financial Officer for Euro American Advisors, which is a Dutch owned real estate investment company that invests Dutch and German money in U.S. real estate. Kristen joined Euro American in 1996, and oversaw all aspects of the fiscal management of the company's real estate portfolio. She managed the U.S. corporate accounts, including development and implementation of cash flow management and tax strategies. In addition, she was the asset manager in the multi-family portfolio and handled all personnel issues at the company. Prior to joining Euro American, Kristen provided strategic tax consulting services involving real estate and partnership transactions for Arthur Andersen's tax division. While in the tax department, she analyzed federal, state and local tax consequences of business decisions, developed tax strategy recommendations and actionable tax research. She advised on a range of issues including the tax aspects of the acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. A cum laude graduate of Bucknell University, Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics. She is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and is active in numerous social service organizations.

Lisa has been with Arcis since day one, and had previously worked with Bruce and Kristen for three years at Euro American Advisors as the Office Manager. Lisa decided to call Tampa home after six years in the U.S. Air Force landed her at MacDill AFB as a paralegal. Lisa's primary role at Arcis includes all aspects of marketing, lease administration, acquisition support, as well as space planning, and special functions. In addition, Lisa is responsible for investor relations, homeowner association management, and the oversight of office functions and personnel. Her diverse skill set makes her an integral part of the team and Arcis' success. She holds a BS in Government from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager.

Liz joined Arcis in 2004 and is responsible for the accounting of the Arcis Portfolio. As the Accounting Manager, she is responsible for annual budgets, reforecasts, cash flow proformas and operating expense reconciliations, as well as assisting with acquisitions and dispositions. Before assuming the position of Accounting Manager, Liz was the Property Manager for the Florida Portfolio, which gives her a particularly unique and helpful insight into the day-to-day operations of the portfolio. Prior to Arcis, Liz was an accountant at a blanket manufacturing company in North Carolina. She holds a BS in Business Accounting from Montreat College in Montreat, North Carolina.

• Senior Maintenance Engineer

Scott joined Arcis in 2004 and is a licensed HVAC technician. He has over 18 years' experience in HVAC and property maintenance, and worked as an electrical apprentice for several years. Scott oversees all HVAC maintenance, repair and installation, and tenant build-outs for the Florida portfolio. He supervises the maintenance staff, and is responsible for making sure tenant Service Requests and tenant rebill items are completed.
