Eddie Weir is the principal partner and founder of ADP. Since its conception in 1999, he has grown the practice into one of the most highly regarded architectural practices in Northern Ireland.
Eddie is a graduate of the University of Ulster with a first class BSc honours degree in Architectural Technology and Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT).
Eddie has a wealth of experience, which he brings to all of the practice's projects regardless of their size.
Aside from his ADP role, Eddie is the President of the "Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists" and the President of the "Architect's Benevolent Society".
He is also a Board member of the Constuction Industry Council and the Northern Ireland Construction Group.
Eddie is a frequent guest speaker at professional seminars and workshops regarding architecture and architectural technology. He also represents CIAT as an expert witness at Parliament Buildings at Stormont when required.
In November 2014 Eddie was a recipient of the prestigious CIAT Gold Award for his services to the Northern Ireland Region. He held the post of CIAT Vice President Practice from 2015 -2019 and is a "Past President" from 2019 - 2021. ADP is a dynamic design and technical led practice based in Holywood, Co. Down. The practice was formed in 1999 by Eddie Weir who has evolved the practice into one of the most highly regarded architectural companies in Northern Ireland.

Matthew graduated from the University of Ulster in 2011 with a first class BSc honours degree in Architectural Technology and Management. He then went on to graduate from the University of Lincoln in 2012 with a BA honours degree in Architecture.
He is a member of the CIAT NI Regional committee and susequent sub-committees.
Matthew is the co-founder and chairman of the recently formed "Young Architectural Technologist's Network" (YATN) an exciting new group that brings students and graduates within the Architectural Technology profession together. YATN has many networking events planned for 2015.
