Arlene Marsh

Arlene joined The Aronson Team in 2015 as a Sr. Account Manager. She brings more than 25 years of Commercial Insurance experience with technical expertise in all lines of coverage. She prides herself on her customer service and attention to detail. Her career started as a receptionist in an insurance agency specializing in restaurants, where she learned and grew into a position as an Underwriter/Account Manager. Many years of her experience, was working for a large national broker as both a Sr. Account Manager and Program Manager responsible for underwriting and marketing of a nation-wide real estate program. Arlene is a third generation insurance professional and is proud of her daughter who has followed in her footsteps to begin the fourth generation.

Bunny M. Aronson

Bunny is a third generation insurance professional and started working at Aronson Insurance in 1984, alongside her father and brother. Almost 25 years in the business, Bunny is responsible for the agency's personal insurance, where she brings in and retains new clients. She is a CISR, Certified Insurance Service Representative. Bunny is a graduate of Curry College She grew up in and currently resides in Newton.

David has been in the insurance industry since 1999 starting at Plymouth Rock Assurance, a local insurance company right after college. He has worked on the agency side of the business after obtaining his Property & Casualty Insurance License in 2005 and joined Aronson Insurance in 2019. Having worked with hundreds of insurance agencies in Massachusetts and around the country, Dave is passionate about creating a superior customer experience for all interactions. He believes helping people and families protect themselves from financial loss when the unexpected happens is extremely important. This approach helps him and Aronson Insurance stand out when selecting your insurance agency. Dave lives in Norwood with his amazing wife and three beautiful children. He is a member of the Norwood Youth Soccer board and enjoys watching all of the local teams. If you are looking for Dave when he is not at work, you can most likely find him coaching one of his kids on the field, diamond, or court.

Eileen MacPherson

Eileen began her insurance career in underwriting and claims for Sentry Insurance, a major national insurance company. She later joined a regional insurance broker and spent 13 years providing senior account management services to mid and large sized commercial clients.

Julie's expertise includes Homeowners, Automobile, High Excess Liability, Valuable Articles, Workers Compensation, Boat/Yacht, Family Protection and Employers Liability Insurance. Julie started her insurance career on the company side, working for Electric Insurance. She attended Union College and has a BS in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Education.

Karen Love

Karen has been with Aronson Insurance for more than 25 years, joining Aronson Insurance in 1991. Karen currently serves as a multi-faceted role as Bookkeeper, IT assistant manager and Account Manager for Business Insurance, focusing on business insurance. Karen is a Certified Insurance Counselor, and graduated from Champlain College with a degree in Accounting. In addition to her role at the agency, she is also a systems educator and industry technology expert. She serves in leadership positions on national committees for the Network of Vertafore Users, often lecturing at insurance conferences around the country.

Kevin F. Giovanucci - President

Kevin joined Aronson Insurance in 2011 as Vice President of Business and Private Client Services. In 2021 he took over the role of President of the agency. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kevin is responsible for helping the Aronson Insurance team to expand sales in both Business Insurance and Private Client markets, specifically with real estate portfolios, restaurant groups, construction, retail, manufacturing, and non-profit institutions. Kevin works closely with Acrisure Partner agencies across the country to provide the proprietary and specialty products now available to Aronson Insurance clients. Kevin's client work is with the firm's larger and more complex risks with both personal and business clients. Kevin is a graduate of MA Maritime Academy, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of Best Practices Board, Arbella Agency Advisory Council, and Babson Coaching and Leadership Training. Kevin enjoys playing golf, hockey, and boating as well as long walks with his wife at Boarderland State Park in Easton.

Sandy started her insurance career with American Hardware where she held production, underwriting and account service positions. After assuming client service and marketing responsibilities with an area insurance agency, Sandy held a senior account management position with a large regional insurance broker where she focused on providing service to mid and large sized commercial clients. Sandy holds the designations of CIC Certified Insurance Counselor, and CRM Certified Risk Manager, she has 2 adult children, and she and her husband are active in the Framingham community where they live.

Education: University of Massachusetts - Financial Management Biography: Steven is a third generation insurance professional. His insurance career started with his father in their small, family insurance agency in 1975 after graduating from the University Of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Financial Management degree. He is a licensed insurance agent/broker/producer in 12 states and holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Steven has led the firm through acquisitions of several agencies as well as setting the tone for organic growth. In 1990 he became President of the company. Property & Casualty premiums in 2017 exceeded $30,000. In addition to leading the agency, he is also an insurance educator and insurance industry technology expert. He serves the insurance industry in leadership positions on various national committees (ACT, ACORD, AUGIE and NetVU), often lecturing at insurance conferences around the country. Steven's client work is with the firm's larger, more complex accounts. His strong, broad business and finance background provide him with the professional tools to be a trusted advisor and risk manager for clients in the Retail, Wholesale, Real Estate, Professional, Technology and Biotechnology sectors. In 2016, Steven led negotiations with potential M&A partners, ultimately selecting private equity backed Acrisure LLC of Caledonia MI. One of the key reason he selected Acrisure was their commitment to leave local management in full operational control of the agency.
