Aaron Joined ARS in 2017 after working for 6 years in building maintenance. After working as a firestop installer, Aaron transitioned to his current role in 2022. Aaron brings with him extensive training in firestop and possesses real-world experience with installation and the challenges associated with it. This experience contributes to his dedication and excellence in developing ARS's quality control and firestop training program.
After spending 5 years in the construction industry in New York City, Alex spent 5 years as a 3rd Party inspector on construction projects throughout Colorado and possesses extensive knowledge of the technical aspects of firestop. He is adept at guiding clients through the many unique challenges that each project presents and ensures that field personnel are properly equipped to keep projects on schedule and properly documented.

Amy has practiced construction accounting since 1990. She has been responsible for the entire accounting department at two major drywall companies. She maintains all aspects of the accounting files and manages budgets for every project. Amy works with the company's outside vendors, banking and insurance partners and general contractor accounting departments.
Brianna has practiced office administration for 10 years and construction specific project administration for 6 years. She has been responsible for the contract department at two construction companies. She maintains all aspects of the contract files and manages material orders for each project. Brianna works with the company's outside suppliers, field supervisors, and general contractor departments.
After working for 10 years with Hilti as a fire protection specialist, Cole joined ARS in 2017. Cole brings with him a deep knowledge of the firestop industry and products that allow ARS to guide clients to the most cost-efficient solution for any situation.
As president, Cole is one of the leading faces of the company and is deeply involved in negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
Jennifer has been in the construction industry for over 10 years, with experience in welding, low voltage electrical work, and firestopping. She has been with ARS for 8 years beginning as an installer, to supervisor, to safety director, and now estimator. She is safety oriented and has a keen eye for detail. Jennifer also provides in-house training for fall protection and aerial lift certification.
Lisa has practiced accounting for over 25 years in multiple industries. She assists in all aspects of the accounting process for ARS, working closely with the CFO.
After working for several years as a supervisor in the fire sprinkler trade, Nick joined ARS in 2016 as an installer, then working his way up to his current position. Passionate about tools and products, Nick is highly skilled at devising creative solutions to complex problems. He is also responsible for distribution and coordination of manpower and materials on projects.

Remy joined ARS in 2017 as an installer. Over that period, she became proficient in the installation of firestop systems and intumescent paint. After then spending several years as a supervisor, Remy moved up to her current role where she is tasked with overseeing all site specific safety requirements, documentation, and training.

Stephen brings over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, having held leadership positions in general contracting, drywall, and now firestopping. With ARS, Stephen brings the leadership qualities, assertive style, and professional attributes that he has exhibited throughout his construction career.
