ASM was established in San Diego County in 1977 to lead a newly formed and ever expanding cultural resources management (CRM) industry. With the recent passing of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the growing need to service clients under the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), our founder saw an opportunity to support clients while addressing specific environmental impacts.
