Prior to Amynta, he served in a variety of leadership roles at top-rated insurance firms, including Crum & Forster Insurance, Zurich Insurance Company and American International Group. Mr. Slimowicz is based in Morristown, New Jersey.

Bob Schultz is responsible for driving growth opportunities and program development as well as overseeing carrier relations and strategic reinsurance alliances. He most recently served as the President of AIX, a member of The Hanover Group, and has over 30 years of property and casualty leadership experience, including guiding successful revenue and profit maximization in the insurance and reinsurance program space. Mr. Schultz is based in Eagle, Colorado.

Bruce Fell is responsible for analytics and actuarial functions, with a focus on building industry leading analytics, pricing, and predictive modeling. Mr. Fell has more than 25 years of analytics and actuarial expertise as well as mergers and acquisitions experience. Having served in a variety of leadership roles at well-known firms, including Deloitte Consulting and Towers Watson, Mr. Fell has a proven track record of helping insurance companies and services businesses drive bottom line performance. Mr. Fell is based in Morristown, NJ.

Chris Ezbiansky leads the mergers and acquisitions effort at The Amynta Group. He brings over 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience in the insurance and insurance services industries. Prior to Amynta, Mr. Ezbiansky led the GC Securities Americas Advisory business within Guy Carpenter. Previous to Guy Carpenter, Mr. Ezbiansky was an officer in the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and he held positions at Merrill Lynch, ACE Limited, Odyssey Re Holdings and Goldman Sachs. He is based in New York City.
Erika is responsible for Amynta's legal, compliance and regulatory operations. She brings over 20 years of legal and transactional experience. Prior to Amynta, Erika worked at Chubb as Senior Vice President and Managing Counsel of Global Corporate Affairs. Prior to Chubb, Erika held positions at AIG as Associate General Counsel focused on strategic transactions, at Mitsubishi Corporation as Senior Counsel and as an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Erika is based in New York City.

He brings over 25 years of experience across the technology sector with more than 15 years in the financial and insurance industries. Prior to Amynta, Mr. Khurana served in a variety of leadership roles at well-known firms including Wells Fargo, Everest Re Group and IBM. He is based in North Carolina.

Lisa Genova is responsible for various administrative functions including procurement, vendor management, real estate, facilities, and expense management. She is also responsible for recruiting, training, and developing our people. Ms. Genova brings over 30 years of experience in financial services in various functional roles, spending the last 14 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Chief Operating Officer for the Global Financial Institutions Group. Her previous experience also includes leadership roles at Giuliani Partners, Giuliani Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Genova is located in New York City.

Rob Giammarco joined The Amynta Group from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Americas Financial Institutions Group. He has deep insurance sector expertise, long-standing industry relationships, mergers and acquisition knowledge, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
