After completing his BCom Honours degree in 2003 Ari commenced his commercial property career as a commercial property broker at a top Auction House in Johannesburg. In 2010 Ari co-founded AuctionInc with Masingita Properties and the Winterstein family. In 2012 Ari joined the Eris Property Group as National Head of Sales and Leasing and was the youngest member on serving on the companies executive committee. During his tenure at Eris , Ari concluded numerous high profile property transactions on behalf of well-known listed funds and international corporates. In 2018 Ari re-joined AuctionInc in the capacity of CEO and has subsequently been instrumental in taking the company to new heights.

Assumpta is a full status estate agent who holds a B Com degree in Accounting and a National Diploma in Real Estate majoring in Property Valuations.
In 2005, she entered the property auction industry. Assumpta has been responsible for the sale of numerous commercial and industrial properties.
Barney has over 16 years experience in the auction property market, and a deep understanding of the auction process. He started his auction career at Aucor Auctioneers and trained extensively with The Winterstein families who have 60 years' experience in the Auction Industry. Barney is a long standing member of the S.A Institute of Auctioneers. Auctions require a specific skill set and Barney has 16 years worth of property auction experience. He has conducted over 4000 property auctions and has extensive knowledge in the South African property auction space.
Brent Eccles started his real estate career in 2002 specializing in the sale of Off-Plan residential clusters and townhouses. Brent is a qualified principal agent and brings 20+ years of experience in the property industry, which includes property evaluations, sales, rentals, and property management. Brent has achieved record sales prices in many estates and was a finalist at the prestigious Nedbank Property Awards. Brent is an excellent negotiator and prides himself on his service to all his clients, both sellers and purchasers. He is highly motivated and works well under pressure.

Candice-Lee was born into the Winterstein family who pioneered the auction industry in Southern Africa; from a young age the property and auction sector became her passion, and this can be seen by her dedication to the industry.
After she matriculated in 2004, Candice-Lee participated in intern programs while being mentored by Eddie Winterstein. Candice-Lee then joined Auctioninc. when it was established, after a successful career at Auctioninc. she went onto further her skillset at a large South African property fund, moving into commercial leasing and private transactions with the larger corporates and funds until 2017. She then travelled Europe and USA working in real estate and has recently returned so South Africa and Auctioninc. where she has brought her knowledge from overseas and previous experience back with her and has jumped right back in where she left off.
Candice-Lee has a versatile skill set and is able to service all sectors in the real estate market.
Daniel Wachenheimer is a young and motivated professional in the property sales industry, characterized by his meticulous attention to detail and drive for excellence. He has an extensive background in real estate, in property asset management focussing on Student Accommodation as well as residential assets. He has a passion for assisting both private individuals and investors to source assets that complement their portfolios and skill sets while ensuring a seamless sales process. He was awarded runner up in the South African Institute Of Auctioneers Bidcalling Championship 2012. Dovi has perfected his craft catering to both seller and buyer needs.
