Balaji Sreenivasan is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and board member at Aurigo Software Technologies. Balaji has played a critical role in shaping Aurigo to be a modern enterprise cloud software business that is helping infrastructure owners worldwide build a better tomorrow. Balaji spends his time helping define our product strategy, visiting with customers, and developing future leaders at Aurigo.
Balaji is a mechanical and aerospace engineer with a deep understanding of enterprise software, blockchain, and AI-ML technologies. Balaji is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy, the University of Florida, Gainesville, and the Harvard Business School.
Heramba is in charge of finance and compliance for Aurigo's international operations. In addition to this, he manages all investor relations, legal requirements, and other administrative functions for the company. He is a qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, transfer pricing, banking, forex, US GAAP, regulatory and consulting domains. At Aurigo, he has been instrumental in supporting all fundraising activities, ensuring financial compliance, and reporting in all three geographies. Before joining Aurigo, he was a part of Price Waterhouse Coopers' (PWC) audit and compliance team.

Jennifer Cohan is the former Director of Delaware DOT and spearheaded agency-wide reforms producing the most extensive capital program in the state's history. Before she was appointed Secretary, Jennifer served as the Director of the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles as the first woman to do so in a public service career that spanned more than 31 years. At Aurigo, Jennifer is an Industry leader, leading the company's focus in the Rail and Transit segment. Jennifer graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Public Administration and attended the University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a 2021 inductee of the Delaware Women's Hall of Fame.

Jim Lynch is Vice President and General Manager of Autodesk Construction Solutions. Jim was appointed Board Observer at Aurigo following Autodesk's strategic investment in and partnership with Aurigo in March 2020. Jim leads Autodesk's efforts to create and deliver products and services that accelerate the construction industry's transformation from analog-based processes to digital workflows. Jim holds a BS in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College.

At Aurigo, Josh leads the global teams responsible for improving and maintaining customer delight. He plays a key role in successfully guiding Aurigo's cloud software to exceed customer expectations. Prior to Aurigo, Josh spent over 20 years in the public sector and held positions in engineering, construction, and I.T. Josh holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kevin has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, business development, and product management for software product businesses. At Aurigo, Kevin leads all revenue-generating functions, including sales, pre-sales, account management, proposals, and channel management. He sets the overall go-to-market direction, customer retention strategies, and helps evangelize cloud technology solutions for capital infrastructure and facility owners. Prior to Aurigo, Kevin held senior executive positions at Sasken Communications Technologies, Lucent, and Ascend Communications. He participated in his first startup when he joined Stony Brook Software in 1992. Kevin is an alumnus of the State University of New York, Oswego.

Manish plays a vital role in shaping and leading product strategy, development and management, solution engineering, and cloud operations. He is responsible for guiding and directing Aurigo's business processes and setting up a robust enterprise-wide IT system. Before joining Aurigo, Manish worked in various leadership roles at Hewlett Packard and Alcatel-Lucent. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Rajasthan University and has completed an executive education program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Marisa spearheads the development and execution of Aurigo's people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design, culture, learning, and development. She partners with senior management at the firm to create innovative workplace, performance, and talent programs aimed at increasing employee engagement while enriching their professional development. Marisa has 20 years of rich HR experience in consulting and technology areas such as human resource infrastructure and technology, compensation, benefits, and career guidance. Most recently, she led HR for Frost & Sullivan, a multinational business consultancy, implementing talent strategies across four global regions. Marisa is a psychology graduate from the University of Texas, Austin.

Michael Tooley is the former Director of the Montana Department of Transportation and chair of the AASHTO committee on safety. Prior to his position at the Montana DOT, Michael was the Chief of Montana Highway Patrol and served as a corpsman in the U.S. Naval Reserve force, in a public service career spanning over 35 years. Michael leads Aurigo's Industry Strategy group with a focus on Roads and Highways. The group advises major transportation agencies across the country on technology and business strategies that support the newly passed $1.2 trillion IIJA. Michael is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

As the Vice President of Professional Services, Pete directs strategy and execution for Aurigo's global delivery organization, focusing on providing outstanding consulting services to our customers. Before joining Aurigo, Pete spent more than 20 years delivering high-quality solutions for clients in various consulting leadership and delivery oversight roles with CGI and Accenture. Pete holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Shashi oversees the product management teams at Aurigo and evangelizes the future of Aurigo products. He also drives Aurigo's product strategy, vision, and innovation. Shashi has over 20 years of experience designing and deploying products to various public sector agencies and has been with Aurigo since the company's inception. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering and has completed a post-graduate program from Texas McCombs School of Business, specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Ravi Gulati is the chairman of Aurigo Software Technologies. At Aurigo, Ravi plays a key role working alongside the CEO to define market strategy and business direction. Prior to Aurigo, Ravi spent over 20 years holding senior executive positions in the software industry including Siemens, Ascend and Lucent. Ravi founded Stony Brook Software in 1992 and grew it to be a leading software house serving the telecom industry, before it was acquired by Ascend Communications. Ravi is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and Carnegie Mellon University.

Richard has worked in technology since the dot com boom of the late nineties, consulting on web-based initiatives for some of the largest corporations in the Northeast, including Goldman Sachs, UBS Group, and AT&T. A veteran of high-growth companies, Richard has held leadership positions in the AEC software-as-a-service space for over a decade. Richard's team focuses on building customer-centric marketing programs that create raving fans. He is an alumnus of the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Sheila Gulati is a Board member at Aurigo Software Technologies and gives strategic direction to the company. Ms. Gulati is a seasoned software expert with a wide range of industry experiences. She blends her financial and strategic acumen with her deep knowledge and passion for software businesses. Prior to founding Tola Capital, Ms. Gulati was the business and marketing leader for the Enterprise Application Platform for Microsoft.

Yassmin Gramian, a transportation leader with expertise in emerging systems, brings a proven track record of managing large budgets and complex infrastructure projects. During her tenure as PennDOT secretary, she oversaw a $10 billion annual budget for the state's vast transportation network, including highways, bridges, and other assets. Her leadership extends beyond PennDOT, with experience on boards like the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. Yasmin's background also includes consulting engineering experience with Jacobs, HNTB, and WSP. She obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and has completed Dartmouth's executive management program.
