Professional Experience
Ms. O'Connor has over 25 years of experience representing corporations and individuals with their real estate needs. Ms. O'Connor has earned the reputation as one of the most active, successful and knowledgeable real estate professionals in the Austin metropolitan area.
Before joining Site Solutions, Gail was a project manager with The Trust for Public Land. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president with The Trammell Crow Company, and was responsible for overseeing project leasing, property management and tenant improvements for a 6 million SF portfolio of properties. She has represented many institutional owners including Principal Financial Group, AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, UBS Realty Investors, Crow Holdings Industrial, ING Clarion Partners, and Pac Trust. Gail uses this extensive landlord representation experience to enhance her value to her corporate and individual clients.
After a three year sabbatical, Gail rejoined her partner Susan Harris at Site Solutions in 2008. Since that time she has focused and specialized in healthcare and produces the Medical MarketScope Report.
Susan founded Site Solutions, Inc. in March 2001, striking out on her own, after 18 years of commercial real estate brokerage and consulting expertise gained at the Trammell Crow Company (1998-2001) and at NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Company (1983-1998). Susan's broad level of experience ranges from representing tenants in their search to lease and/or purchase buildings and sites to assembling large commercial land for sale to developers and end users. Susan has been married to John Bolt Harris since 1986. They have one daughter, Haley. Susan's personal interests include training and showing her horse, all outdoor activities and organic gardening. Also an avid reader, Susan's favorite question to ask others is "What are you currently reading?"
