Prior assignments include the valuation of regional shopping malls, office towers, land developments, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, apartment complexes, land developments, office/warehouses, corporate headquarters, drugstore portfolios, convenience store portfolios, and self-storage portfolios. AVS team members also have experience with unique property types such as federal courthouse buildings, environmentally sensitive properties, and "zero cash flow" properties.
