Blackwood Associates was founded in 1973. The firm is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina and provides civil engineering services for Site Development. Site development projects have ranged from small subdivisions to large school sites of three hundred plus acres. We have designed and permitted many commercial, industrial, and institutional sites. The principals and consultants are registered professionals experienced with feasibility studies and the design for commercial, institutional, residential, municipal, and industrial clients involving: Road networks Storm drainage Water supply and distribution Wastewater collection and treatment facilities Blackwood Associates has a Certificate of Authorization from the State Board of Registration for Engineers and Land Surveyors for Engineering and Surveying and certified to provide engineering services in South Carolina,North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.
