Base Built Services is a full service as-built measurement and CAD drafting firm, specializing in the creation of "As-Built" architectural floor plans and site plans using various onsite measuring tools. We always implement real-time measured lengths directly into onsite licensed CAD Measuring Software. This increases efficiency and produces an accurate floor plan quickly. As well as gathering floor plan information, we also gather elevation heights. This process produces a finished floor plan and quickly gets you to the next step of your project. Our serious approach coupled with modern tools and methodology, allows you to have a complete understanding of the space... We use a Faro Focus 3D Laser Scanner to conduct our laser scanning services. We will provide you with a registered laser scan on a SD Card within one week (can vary).
