Kerry is the CEO of Hammer Technical Services, a Managed Service Provider in the San Antonio, TX area. Kerry has been involved with Fiber Optics installation and service since 2005. He has led fiber optic installation projects across the United States for several large companies such as Pepsi, HCA, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Rosciti Construction. Kerry graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2008 with a degree in Network Administration. He is also a graduate of Texas Bible College and currently pastors Boerne Pentecostals in Boerne, TX. Kerry is an FOA Certified Fiber Optics Instructor for CFOT, CFOS/T, and CFOS/S BDI DataLynk/FOA Courses.
Michael graduated from Rowan University in 2009 with a dual major in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
He was certified as a fiber optic technician in October of 2013 and began working for Dynamic Telenet Infrastructure shortly after. This included the installation and maintenance of fiber networks throughout the metropolitan New York area. Among the customers Michael serviced were the NYC Housing Authority, Newark Airport and NJ Transit.
In 2014, he began working for J.T. Oronzio General Contracting installing and maintaining fiber networks throughout the east coast. Including customers such as Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Crown Castle and many more. Responsibilities included fiber installation, splicing, connector termination, OTDR and insertion loss testing. Michael is an FOA Certified Fiber Optics Instructor for CFOT, CFOS/T, CFOS/S, and CFOS/O BDI Datalynk/FOA courses.

Tom retired from Verizon Communications as Manager, Network Operations. He was responsible for installation and maintenance field work groups throughout New Jersey. During his 30 year career with Verizon, Tom was involved in POTS (installation and maintenance), Digital, T1, T3, DSL/ADSL, Special Services (analog/digital), Safety, Training, Sales Generation and Public Affairs.
After his retirement Tom has worked as a training consultant teaching FTTH (voice, data and video), Fiber Splicing and Fiber CO/Distribution Network Applications to broadband technicians throughout the country. He has also worked as a consultant providing computer training at community colleges in NJ, MD and VA.
Tom is a Certified Fiber Optics Instructor and Fiber Optics Network Testing & Maintenance Specialist certified by the Fiber Optic Association (FOA).
