Apryll attended the historic Cheyney University and received her BS degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Before joining BCH, Apryll managed her son's outstanding NFL career. Clarence Colbert - CIO

Clarence is the IT Director of BCH - Information Technology (IT) Solutions. Clarence has over 25 years of experience in various areas of computer operations, information assurance, leadership, and program/project management. Clarence served over 20 years in the United States Army where he worked in the areas of acquisition, computer operations, design/build classified data centers, information assurance, information technology, and program/project management. Clarence received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA and a Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Computer Resources Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. Dave holds B.S. degree from University of Akron and is a graduate of Social Security Staff Development Program. Dave has traveled nationally to present Mid-Career, New Employee Benefits Briefings, and Retirement Seminars (FERS and BRS). He is recognized by numerous Federal Agencies as one of nation's top experts in Federal Retirement Benefits. He has successfully conducted these seminars for the last twenty-six years. He received Outstanding Instructor Award from USDA Graduate School and is the most frequently requested instructor for USDA Graduate School-Midwest Region.

Freddie Jackson

Originally from the Atlanta area, Freddie moved to Nashville and earned a B.S. in Mass Communication at "the" Tennessee State University. His resolve to embody TSU's motto - THINK, WORK, SERVE - is the cornerstone of his life's purpose. Freddie currently lives in Nashville with his wife, Lyndsey, and two sons, Freddie and Emery. Julian Raya

As a lifelong learner, Julian has many interests and cool hobbies including wood working, glass blowing, lutherie, music, audio engineering and creating all types of art. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. With Julian on Team BCH, we have a golden ticket to the metaverse!

Justice Couch

Leonard Tharpe

Leonard is the BCH Division Manager, Information Technology (IT) Solutions. His responsibilities include selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline an organization's operations and to optimize their strategic benefits by designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve the customer experience. Leonard has over 35 years of experience in various areas of computer science and information technologies, serving in both technical and management positions. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. Leonard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University in 1982. He later received a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Leonard served 20 years in the United States Army where he worked in the areas of information technology, acquisition/procurement and communications-electronics.

A native of Northern Kentucky and resident of South Florida and Northeast Tennessee, Rick received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Rick is a proud father and a prouder grandfather. He attends Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

During her journey, she was recognized for her many achievements in the areas of personal financial advisory, client satisfaction, sales, product development, and financial strategic planning. In addition, She served as an accomplished, certified, and licensed investment advisor. Currently, Saundra is an authority in the personal finance arena and a personal financial educator. Saundra is co-developer of Destination: Financial Wellness (online financial wellness engagement platform), co-author of the award-winning Financial Wellness Toolkit (comprehensive financial planning program), Exit Strategy (collegiate financial and post-graduate wellness planner), Wealth Starter (financial software products), and FinTips (monthly personal financial newsletter). Throughout her career, Saundra has established and served as an active board member and volunteer for several community organizations. A native of Nashville, Saundra received a B.S. from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management. Sidney Curry is the Co-founder, President/CEO of BC Holdings of TN, LLC. He is an authority in the personal finance arena and has been a personal financial educator for nearly twenty years. Before joining BC Holdings of TN, he enjoyed a successful career in entrepreneurship and sales consultancy in the restaurant and service industry as Managing Partner where he managed multi-million dollar budgets. Sidney also established and managed a service-focused training and development firm for multi-chain restaurants. Sidney is co-developer of Destination: Financial Wellness (online financial wellness engagement platform), co-author of the award-winning Financial Wellness Toolkit (comprehensive financial planning program), Exit Strategy (collegiate financial and post-graduate wellness planner), Wealth Starter (financial software products), FinTips (monthly personal financial newsletter). A native of Troy, Alabama, Sidney received a B.S. from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He is a founding member and board member of several community boards in Middle Tennessee. Sidney is a service-disabled, combat-veteran with eight total service years (active and reserve duty) serving during the Gulf War in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq with the 101st Airborne Infantry, Ft. Campbell, KY, and the 1st Infantry Division Forward, Stuttgart, Germany. Sidney currently lives in Hendersonville, TN with his lovely wife, Saundra. In her free time, she volunteers to assist homeless communities and coaches aspiring actresses and actors. Villa is a native of Nashville, TN and is currently teleworking from Atlanta, GA.
