She naturally goes above and beyond to do what is necessary to give clients a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience for all programs and services. Apryll attended the historic Cheyney University and received her BS degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Before joining BCH, Apryll managed her son's outstanding NFL career. So, if you want to talk football, she is your person!

Clarence is the IT Director of BCH - Information Technology (IT) Solutions. Clarence has over 25 years of experience in various areas of computer operations, information assurance, leadership, and program/project management. Clarence served over 20 years in the United States Army where he worked in the areas of acquisition, computer operations, design/build classified data centers, information assurance, information technology, and program/project management.
Clarence received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA and a Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Computer Resources Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. Clarence also graduated from Arizona State University's
Dave Darkow is a valued member of our team, teaching retirement courses here at BC Holdings of TN. Dave holds B.S. degree from University of Akron and is a graduate of Social Security Staff Development Program. Dave has traveled nationally to present Mid-Career, New Employee Benefits Briefings, and Retirement Seminars (FERS and BRS). He is recognized by numerous Federal Agencies as one of nation's top experts in Federal Retirement Benefits. He has successfully conducted these seminars for the last twenty-six years. He received Outstanding Instructor Award from USDA Graduate School and is the most frequently requested instructor for USDA Graduate School-Midwest Region.

Freddie Jackson is a leading Certified Financial Coach with BC Holdings of Tennessee. His warm approach and methodical strategies have proven to be extremely effective in helping many families and individuals to build wealth. Originally from the Atlanta area, Freddie moved to Nashville and earned a B.S. in Mass Communication at "the" Tennessee State University. His resolve to embody TSU's motto - THINK, WORK, SERVE - is the cornerstone of his life's purpose.
Freddie currently lives in Nashville with his wife, Lyndsey, and two sons, Freddie and Emery. If anyone is wondering, he can sing and give the musical artist, Freddie Jackson, a run for his money! Believe it!

Julian Raya is the lead software engineer at BC Holdings. His vast experience includes over a decade in professional software engineering and graphic design. He is self-taught in the field of software engineering and received his bachelor's degree in graphic design from SAE Expression College in Emeryville, CA.
As a lifelong learner, Julian has many interests and cool hobbies including wood working, glass blowing, lutherie, music, audio engineering and creating all types of art. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. With Julian on Team BCH, we have a golden ticket to the metaverse!

Justice Couch is BCH's Office Coordinator. In other words, she is the glue that holds everything together! Justice joins our team by way of Arizona and enjoys teaching, organization, and music. Leonard is the BCH Division Manager, Information Technology (IT) Solutions. His responsibilities include selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline an organization's operations and to optimize their strategic benefits by designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve the customer experience. Leonard has over 35 years of experience in various areas of computer science and information technologies, serving in both technical and management positions. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.
Leonard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University in 1982. He later received a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
Leonard served 20 years in the United States Army where he worked in the areas of information technology, acquisition/procurement and communications-electronics.

Rick is involved as a servant leader through financial support, time and expertise to community events and historical preservation. Rick believes in relationship health, that people are as friendly and kind as you make them be, and that in most every situation there is a bit of humor.
A native of Northern Kentucky and resident of South Florida and Northeast Tennessee, Rick received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Rick is a proud father and a prouder grandfather. He attends Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Sarah Hogue is a highly esteemed account specialist at BC Holdings of Tennessee. Her dedication to nurturing strong client relationships and her dynamic contributions to the sales team makes her an invaluable asset to BCH. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Sarah's academic endeavors led her to Nashville where she received her a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the prestigious University of Mississippi. Nashville is now Sarah's home, where she resides with her beloved Golden Retriever, Oliver.

Saundra B. Curry is the Co-founder and COO of BC Holdings of TN, LLC. Before joining BCH, Saundra spent over two decades in the financial services industry. During her journey, she was recognized for her many achievements in the areas of personal financial advisory, client satisfaction, sales, product development, and financial strategic planning. In addition, She served as an accomplished, certified, and licensed investment advisor. Currently, Saundra is an authority in the personal finance arena and a personal financial educator. Saundra is co-developer of Destination: Financial Wellness (online financial wellness engagement platform), co-author of the award-winning Financial Wellness Toolkit (comprehensive financial planning program), Exit Strategy (collegiate financial and post-graduate wellness planner), Wealth Starter (financial software products), and FinTips (monthly personal financial newsletter). Throughout her career, Saundra has established and served as an active board member and volunteer for several community organizations. A native of Nashville, Saundra received a B.S. from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management. Saundra currently lives in Hendersonville, TN with her husband, Sidney. They have two children and attend The Temple Church in Nashville, TN.

BCH creates and delivers financial wellness programs and services to companies, colleges/universities, training organizations, government entities, and nonprofit organizations. "Our goal is to assist our client's bottom line by empowering their most valuable resource-their employees and students-to build, manage, maintain and grow their bottom lines," said Mr. Curry, President and CEO of BCH. These proven and effective services include offerings such as DFW, our online LMS designed to allow participants to build wealth in a self-paced environment, and tailored virtual and onsite workshops and seminars. Sidney Curry is the Co-founder, President/CEO of BC Holdings of TN, LLC. He is an authority in the personal finance arena and has been a personal financial educator for nearly twenty years. Before joining BC Holdings of TN, he enjoyed a successful career in entrepreneurship and sales consultancy in the restaurant and service industry as Managing Partner where he managed multi-million dollar budgets.
Sidney also established and managed a service-focused training and development firm for multi-chain restaurants.
Sidney is co-developer of Destination: Financial Wellness (online financial wellness engagement platform), co-author of the award-winning Financial Wellness Toolkit (comprehensive financial planning program), Exit Strategy (collegiate financial and post-graduate wellness planner), Wealth Starter (financial software products), FinTips (monthly personal financial newsletter).
A native of Troy, Alabama, Sidney received a B.S. from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He is a founding member and board member of several community boards in Middle Tennessee. Sidney is a service-disabled, combat-veteran with eight total service years (active and reserve duty) serving during the Gulf War in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq with the 101st Airborne Infantry, Ft. Campbell, KY, and the 1st Infantry Division Forward, Stuttgart, Germany.
Sidney currently lives in Hendersonville, TN with his lovely wife, Saundra. They have two children and they attend The Temple Church in Nashville, TN.

Vilia Steele is the Program Support Specialist at BC Holdings of TN, LLC. Vilia has been a team member of BCH for 10 years as a transcriber, content editor, and analyst. At heart, she is a thespian, writer, producer, visual artist, and aspiring master gardener.
Vilia has used her innate talents to take BCH to the next level. In her free time, she volunteers to assist homeless communities and coaches aspiring actresses and actors. Villa is a native of Nashville, TN and is currently teleworking from Atlanta, GA.
