Bryan has over twelve years of experience providing property tax consulting services to a variety of commercial real estate property owners including large institutional investors, REITs, corporations, and private owners. His property type specialties include multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, senior housing, and commercial land.
Bryan began his career in property tax at Deloitte, a Big Four accounting and consulting firm, where he personally handled appeals and value settlement negotiations in multiple states totaling over $2 billion in assessed value annually. Prior to forming Benton Cook, Bryan was with Thomson Reuters, where he managed national engagements of clients who own nearly $2 billion in real estate assets across the country.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, where he double majored in Finance and Economics. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Registered Property Tax Consultant in Texas. He is also a Member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).

Jared has over seventeen years of experience representing commercial real estate property owners on a national and local basis in ad valorem property tax matters. His property type specialties include industrial, hospitality, and commercial business personal property.
Jared began his career in property tax at Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, and then later joined Deloitte, a Big Four accounting and consulting firm, in their property tax division. Prior to forming Benton Cook, Jared was with Thomson Reuters, a national property tax services company, where he oversaw the North Texas industrial portfolio of the firm and personally handled the appeals and value settlement negotiations on over $1 billion in assessed value annually. He also nationally managed one of the firm's largest clients with $5 billion in hospitality, office, and multifamily real estate assets located in 42 states across the country.
Jared received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and licensed in the State of Texas as a Senior Property Tax Consultant. He is also a Member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) and a Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
