All of our properties are privately owned by members of our business. This means no out-of-town absentee landlords; the owners of your property are your neighbors right here in Athens, Ohio... We offer a wide selection of properties and prices. From uptown apartments to neighborhood homes and townhouses, we have a property available to fit your needs and budget. Best of Athens Rentals also owns five parking lots. Many of our parking spaces are adjacent to our rental properties and are available to our residents at discounted rates. We also manage 150 parking spaces adjacent to the South and East Greens making it very accessible for on-campus students needing to have transportation in Athens.
