Danny Woods - President, Shareholder
Danny has been a member of the Brown Graham team for two decades-he has spent the entirety of his career with the firm. The majority of his time has been spent in the area of audit and assurance; however, in the last couple of years, he has moved into the areas of business valuation and litigation support. Danny is well known at Brown Graham for his ability to maintain positive client relationships and take on some of the most challenging cases.

Dianne joined Brown Graham in 2020 and has worked as an accounting professional since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, she owned and managed a firm until it was sold in 2014. In her current role as a Tax Manager, she provides accounting and tax preparation services to small businesses and prepares tax returns for individual clients. A hardworking, dependable professional, Dianne attributes her career success to her genuinely enjoying her work.
Originally from Allen, Texas, Dianne currently lives in Prosper, which she enjoys because it is an up-and-coming town. She and her husband, Scott, have two adult sons, and two grandchildren, with whom they love to spend as much time as possible. In her free time, you can find Dianne playing with her grandchildren and cheering on her favorite sports team, the Texas Rangers.

A member of the Brown Graham team since 1988, Gary has helped shape the firm's Audit and Accounting practice to where it is today. In addition to his role as Vice-President and Shareholder, Gary also serves as the Compliance Committee Chair and Assurance Leader for the firm. He specializes in audits for government entities, non-profit organizations, and for-profit businesses in a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, pharmaceutical sales, and oil & gas. Gary was drawn to the accounting profession because he enjoys helping solve problems, especially problems involving numbers. Dependable and hard-working, he makes it his goal to always look beyond the numbers for his clients.

Since 2013, Salina has been a valuable member of the Brown Graham team. She currently serves as the firm's tax manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for tax preparation and consulting, bookkeeping, and payroll preparation. She works with clients in a wide range of industries including non-profit, farming and ranching, construction, real estate, and trusts. In her client relationships, she strives to keep expectations realistic, to be honest and relatable. She is a persistent professional, a team player, and never backs down from a challenge.

Tyler has been a valuable member of the Brown, Graham & Company (BGC) team since 2013 and a professional in the accounting field since 2007. In his capacity as a Principal, he provides tax compliance and planning for S-Corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and Limited Liability Companies. Tyler works with clients in the agriculture, real estate, healthcare, financial, and oil and gas industries.
