Angela M. Rossi

Angela Rossi is an experienced attorney who has over three decades of solid expertise practicing law. She is an accomplished litigator both in and out of the courtroom, with experience that includes countless trials and binding arbitrations. Her law practice includes products liability, premises liability, security guard law, construction defect, trucking company defense, and personal injury. In her construction defect practice, Ms. Rossi is highly skilled in defending organizations of all sizes, from small subcontractors to general contractors and large developers. She has also been a volunteer arbitrator through the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Barry A. Bradley - CEO

Barry Bradley co-founded our firm and serves as its Managing Partner. A seasoned litigator with strong business acumen and deep industry experience, Barry leads the firm's Business law team. Barry A. Bradley is the firm's Managing Partner. Prior to founding the firm with Tom Gmelich, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Hardcore Gang Prosecution Division, where he had over thirty jury trials (including numerous murder trials), and countless bench trials and preliminary hearings. For nearly three decades Mr. Bradley has applied his law enforcement background with marked effectiveness to civil litigation and trials, representing the private security and business industries, both in the courts and in administrative proceedings. Mr. Bradley serves as general corporate counsel to numerous businesses throughout the State, and helps navigate his clients through licensing issues with the State security licensing entity. He also supervises the firm's attorneys in the litigation of their cases and in providing legal advice to the firm's clients.

Brian Lee

While in law school, Brian served an editor for Hastings Law Journal. Daniel Park is a Senior Associate Attorney at Bradley, Gmelich + Wellerstein LLP. Mr. Park is experienced in all aspects of employment law and workplace matters, including class action wage and hour, employment litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Park served as a Complex Litigation Associate Attorney at a law firm in Pasadena managing an extensive caseload of consumer-side class action wage and hour and representative actions from initiation to settlement in state and federal courts across California. He also represented many small business and real estate debtors in Chapter 11 restructuring bankruptcy litigation matters. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Park served as the Chief Financial Officer and was on the Board of Directors for an organization created to assist homeless families in finding employment and permanent housing. Darren G. Mayers

Darren G. Mayers is Special Counsel at Bradley, Gmelich + Wellerstein LLP where he concentrates his litigation skills in representing insured clients in catastrophic injury cases. Harold Laufer

Harold Laufer heads the firm's corporate practice. Harold is a highly experienced corporate transactional lawyer who has represented companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, along with their owners and managers, as a Trusted Advisor.
