Admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the Eastern District of New York (EDNY), and the District of New Jersey (DNJ), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, Mr. Bing Li primarily handles commercial and business litigation involving contract (including U.C.C. Articles 2 and 2A and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods), shareholder disputes, corporate liabilities, and federal trademark and copyright infringement litigation. Since 1998, Mr. Li has litigated numerous commercial and business lawsuits in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, including making and arguing motions involving complex legal issues and conducting jury and non-jury trials involving complicated facts.
