: Ted has been with the District since March 1996. He oversees the general day to day activites of the District and reports to our Board of Trustees on these activities. Ted was honored as the 2007 General Manager Of The Year by the Indiana Rural Water Association. He is actively involved with the Indiana Regional Sewer District Association.
