Lynch completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois. He then went on to attend The John Marshall Law School, now known as University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. For over 20 years in the private and public sectors, Bryan P. Lynch has focused his practice on handling property rights cases. Lynch started as an attorney for the City of Chicago, Department of Law and ended his public service as an assistant commissioner of the Department of Buildings. He turned to the private sector, and eventually led the eminent domain practice of a national law firm before opening his own firm in 2006. Bryan P. Lynch concentrates on representing owners of commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural property affected by the power of eminent domain and the condemnation legal process.
