The Bogen List, Inc., was created by Mark Bogen, who is a Florida attorney and former Assistant State Attorney. Bogen has written two weekly legal columns for the Sun-Sentinel newspaper for the past 14 years and served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Currently, Mark Bogen is a practicing attorney and the Executive Director of the Florida Community Association Coalition, a not-for-profit Florida corporation.
