Serving rural Hinds County for over 30 years, the Town of Bolton Development Corporation (TOBDC), a non-profit corporation was established in 1974 to further improve social and economic conditions in Bolton with extended services throughout rural Hinds County. TOBDC is involved in all phases of commiunity activity -- housing, food, nutrition, employment, case management and community mobilization... We make a collaborative effort to build communities working together for a better way of living, focused on enhancing, motivating and developing leadership skills with our youth and providing the best service possible to our senior citizens.
