BOTSKO BUILDERS - Key Persons
Daphne joined Botsko Builders in October 2003. Often she is the first person people meet upon entering the office, and her smile and welcoming personality immediately make clients feel good about being there. Her ability to consistently multitask at a high level makes daily operations run smoothly. In her free time, she is focused on family.
David joined Botsko Builders in July 1995, and he has more than 30 years of experience in residential construction. David initially started building furniture right out of high school, and then he joined his brothers and began building houses. He "did it all," he says, and BBI utilizes his experience to build it right. In his free time, David loves spending time in the mountains and on his motorcycle.
David joined Botsko Builders in June 2006. He has almost three decades of experience in both residential and commercial construction, and he currently heads the remodeling division at BBI. Due to the often encountered "unknown factor," the remodeling business can be a difficult process, but David's experience and knowledge has enabled BBI's success and continued growth in the remodeling field. In his free time, David enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Elizabeth joined Botsko Builders in December 1999, and she oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of the office. Working closely with clients, managing books and accounts, recordkeeping, and more is no easy task, but Elizabeth always makes it seem like it is. In her free time, she is focused on her kids and family.
Jim joined his brother Mark at Botsko Builders in 2004. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, he holds a B.S. degree from Youngstown State University and an M.D. from Ohio State University. He and his wife, Teri, have three children, Maria, Gina, and Jimmy. In his free time, Jim enjoys art, music, food, the outdoors, and traveling with his family.
John joined Botsko Builders in April 2003. He has more than 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. In addition, John has two years of experience in mechanical contracting. In his free time, John's spends time with his family and enjoys the occasional fine cigar.
Kayla joined Botsko Properties Inc. in December of 2012. She formerly worked as a REALTOR for Century 21 Premier as a Top Producing agent. She is a local high school and college graduate. She has lived within the Greater Nashville area for over 24 years, which gives her unique knowledge of the local market. Kayla continues to represent buyers and sellers as a REALTOR for Botsko Properties Inc. In her free time, Kayla enjoys boating, running, and spending time with her family and being actively involved with her church family.
Ken joined Botsko Builders in November 1996. He has more than 30 years of experience that encompasses all aspects of both residential and commercial construction. With his experience, knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills, he oversees the work of all BBI superintendents. If it's not right, Ken will not accept it. His life revolves around his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Shane joined Botsko Builders in June 2008 after representing their product for the previous three years at Fairvue Plantation. A graduate of Belmont University, Shane has more than 15 years of outside sales experience, having previously worked for Phillips Builders and Weyerhaeuser. In his free time, Shane enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Tony joined Botsko Builders in July 1995. He has more than 30 years of experience in residential construction and more than 20 years of experience in CAD design. He started building houses with his dad and brothers when he was 16; "we did it all" and "it's all I've ever known," he will tell you. Approximately 70 to 80 percent of BBI custom homes are designed with the customer's input and drawn by Tony. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his family.
