BPR Consult, through leveraging the experience of its principals in solving a variety of real-world business and technical problems, builds upon this concept in order to address process deficiencies at their root. Contrary to the common perception of the modus operandi of consultants, we believe in a hands-on approach that at the same time fully involves our clients in the execution of a BPR project. This would typically involve development of a strategic plan, organizational change management, technology change management and development of a final functional economic analysis (FEA).
