Bill Bouldin, licensed real estate broker (CA DRE #00812209), graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Bill has forty-three years of commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and management experience including four years with Oates and Fite Development Company, three years as co-founder and general partner of Pacific-West Properties, and thirty-three years as co-founder of Bouldin & English, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage company founded in 1984.

Glenn English, licensed real estate broker (CA DRE #00840864), graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Glenn has thirty-nine years of commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and management experience which he obtained as co-founder and general partner of Pacific-West Properties, and as co-founder of Bouldin & English, Inc.. Prior to his entry into commercial real estate, Glenn worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Main Hurdman (now KPMG), an international C.P.A. firm.
