Chris Stewart, Office Manager - Originally from Waterford, Michigan, Chris moved to the Dallas area in 2005. She has been in office management her entire 30+ year career, moving from being an executive secretary at a property management firm in Michigan to working with the City of Hackberry upon moving to the Dallas area. She started working with Tim Euting in 2007 when he was expanding his landscaping business and moved over to the Boulder Creek team as the business began and grew. Chris currently lives in Prosper with her husband where they enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren.
Gene Cox, Lead Builder - Gene, aka "The Boss Man" was raised in the Dallas area and followed in his father's footsteps working in construction for the entire duration of his career. Over the years he has worked in all aspects of construction, from homes and apartments to commercial construction. Gene has has been running all the construction operations with Boulder Creek since he joined the team in late 2014. He currently resides in Lewisville with his wife of over 40 years and has three daughters and three grand children.
Steven P. Johnson, CFO - Prior to joining the Boulder Creek entities, Steve served a variety of roles at Deloitte & Touche, LLP over a 41 year career, which included a two-year leave to serve as a Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board. At Deloitte he served as Lead Client Service Partner for several of the firm's largest international clients, including Kimberly-Calrk Corporation and Baker Hughes Incorporated, and served as Deputy National Managing Partner and COO for Deloitte. Upon his retirement from Deloitt & Touche effective June 1 2013, Steve joined Boulder Creek Properties and its affiliated companies as Chief Financial Officer.
Tim Euting, Owner and CEO - Tim Euting is originally from Plano, TX and after obtaining a degree from Texas A&M University moved back to the area and now resides in Frisco with his wife and four children. With an entrepreneurial spirit and love of the outdoors, Tim started a landscaping business in 1997. As he was growing his business, Tim noticed a need for affordable office warehouse spaces in the area and entered the real estate business with Boulder Creek Properties in 2007. As he expanded the business, Tim closed his landscaping business in 2013 so he could devote his attention full-time to Boulder Creek Properties.
