BPM ADVISORS - Key Persons
Ahmad drives the overall strategic direction of the company and corporate management. In his current role, Ahmad is responsible for leading the operations and client engagements undertaken by the company.
As someone who wears both Business and Technology hats, Ahmad's expertise includes Strategy and Policy Development and Implementation, Change Management, Organizational and Operational Assessment, Performance Improvement, Best Practices, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Design, Interim Executive, IT Transformation and Team building, Business Intelligence and Risk Management etc.
Prior to his current roles, Ahmad held various leadership and engineering positions with companies such as JD Power and Associates, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Sigue Corp, Reuters etc.
From 2008 till June of 2016, Ahmad served as an adjunct professor of the MSIT & MBA programs at the University of Redlands. He served as an elected member of the Board of Directors at International Visitors Council of Los Angeles (IVCLA). He was a fellow of the Southern California Leadership Network, and past president of the California chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP).
Ahmad has been a frequent speaker in various Leadership training seminars and workshops sharing his experience in Change Management and Organizational Transformation. He authored various policy papers, and whitepapers based on his research and experience for the organizations and clients he served.
Ahmad received his Executive MBA (with honors) from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University. He received his MSEE degree as a Honeywell/NASA Fellow from Capitol College, MD; and studied his undergraduate engineering at Cal Poly Pomona, CA.
Ahmad enjoys spending time with his time with his family, and holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate.

Byron is Vice President of BPM Advisors, LLC. He leads the Research and Analysis Group. He is responsible for the following areas: Methodology Assessment, Quantitative Research and Analysis, Economic and Statistical Modeling and Forecasting, Analytics, and Policy Analysis. Byron works directly with clients on projects that involve strategic management, operations management, economic analysis, financial analysis, industry and sector analysis, business process analysis, organizational analysis, organizational transformation, performance management, and change management.
Byron completed a dual PhD degree in Economics and Political Science at the School of Politics and Economics at Claremont Graduate University (CGU). His research interests include: entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, economic development, political economy, and sustainable development. He also holds a Master of Science in Advanced Management (MSAM) degree from the Drucker School of Management, and completed the Executive Management Development Program at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the California State Polytechnic University.
Byron is a member of the American Management Association and the Strategic Management Society.

Jason leads Business Development, responsible for growing the development of Direct Sales and Channel Partnerships driven by our customer's IT Challenges and desires across a wide variety of vertical industries including Financial Services, Governament, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Transportation, and Utilities.
Jason has over 20 years of business experience contributing to the success of both large corporations as well as Informational Technology start-up companies. His diverse business background includes vast experience in Business Development, Professional Services, Estimating, Training and Customer Support.
Prior to BPM Advisors, Jason at Congesys, a software solutions and service company that manages the entire underwriting process for financial services industry including Insurance, Money Services Business (MSB) via cloud based system. He also held management and executive positions at SeeBeyond, EDS, Cisco System where he managed enterprise sales teams.
Jason has an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University. He is an avid outdoors man, and likes to spend time with his wife and their little Yorkshire Terrier.
