Hello, everyone. Branch and Fork Olive Oil company is a new company inspired by chefs such as Alice Waters and Julia Child who taught me that health, the economy and good living can be combined through making good choices about food. By consuming and purchasing California olive oil, it's possible to improve your own health and your local economy. I feel passionate about making a contribution to these causes and this post is the first of many thousands of steps towards building an olive oil company and effecting change in my world.
